Never made it had a family emergency wasn’t sure what to put on the survey because I never stayed there because of a family emergency. Did not have an opportunity to cancel.

Thr playground indoors that is pictures on Orbitz is no longer there. I havr a special needs kiddo who needs to get lots of energy out, and that was a key for us choosing this hotel. Big disappointment. Also, the menu sucked, just bar food (fried stuff, burgers) yet the people across from me were served steaks. I asked how to get that because i was looking for real food, not fried snacks, and was told it was't on the menu?!?! Complete nonsense.

Hairs all over bathroom. Sheets and douvet dortyy so had to sleep in a sleeping bag whixh i brought in my truck. Other guests loud and was ignored when checking out for 10 minutes by person on reception and was the only person standing there.

It’s a non smoking hotel.
The hot water needs to warm up for 5 to 10 minutes before getting hot.
I found out when I Thai had no hot water and called the service desk, that’s when she told me.
Parking lot had holes in the payment.
In the middle of no where.
Found a bug on the night stand after the hot water situation.
