Place is OK for a one nighter
发布日期：2023年7月21日 发布在：HotelsWe were there for one night. The place is clean, but there was an awful smell in the hallways (not in the room). The worst part was the loud noise from the bathroom vent, probably from a fan somewhere. Couldn't talk over that noise.

Charged $50 since they had to mop the bathroom
发布日期：2023年7月19日 发布在：HotelsWhen I booked the rooms, I held the reservation with my debit card intending to pay cash at checkin. When we checked in, my mom put the rooms on her credit card. Both cards were charged, when I called to dispute the over charge, I was informed that there was a $50 incidentals charge because of urine on the bathroom floor. I have an autistic son who does miss a little and I am aware of that, which I was I would go with him to the bathroom to help him aim. Still $50 is a bit excessive for having to mop the bathroom floor which DESPERATELY needed it. There were bugs in the tub, and my free breakfast muffin had mold on it. The staff seemed annoyed if you asked for anything. Definitely needs some customer service training.
