not the worst

Pros: cheap
Cons: everything else
Location: middle of nowhere
not the worst hotel I have stayed at. but close. broken cement everywhere. doors that do not stay closed.

Basic hotel

This place is good for the price. The rooms are nothing fancy, but they're clean and reasonably comfortable.

Best Mitel 6 I've ever stayed at

Accommodated my need for a first floor room and our service dog VERY clean. Manager and staff nice. Price a little higher than most. Bed and pillows comfy. A small frig and hairdryer would have been nice

Pros: the room was clean
Location: fishing. beaver is a nice town.
guy peeing in parking lot when we pulled up. pool very cold.

Not friendly staff. Other things are so so. In my case prices are different between reservation and payment.

Sadly to hear that the staff was not friendly, prices for reservation is different then prices for walk ins because on line bookings get better competitive rates and walk in get the rates that are dictated by the corporate. Overnight in Pocatello

Pros: Price is great compared to everything else in the area.
Cons: It was cold last night and the heat in the room didn't work well.
Location: Nice restaurants and shopping are close by.
Room meets basic requirements for the price. The bed was comfortable and I like the stand up shower.

Convenient

Bed on a 2x6 unpainted frame, no pictures on the wall, window broken, vinyl floors, cold and hard no baseboards.

Dirty facilities, poor experience.

The non-smoking room and hallway smelled heavily of smoke. Walls were dirty, hair was in a pile on the bathroom floor, the deadbolt on the door was ripped off the wall, and the window was cracked with the screen lying on the ground outside. We thought this had to be a joke, but sadly it was not. It served the purpose of a place to sleep on our way to Zion, but we will never stay there again.

Staff was not there and was not available.

Cons: Go somewhere else
We made a reservation on Expedia. I called and told the front desk manager that we would be a late check-in. When my we arrived there was nobody around, waited in the actual office for over 45 minutes, there are 2 small children waiting also. Apparently the front desk clerk/manager decided he wanted to go to sleep somewhere. Had to go and get another hotel. The next day, we stopped there and talked to him. He said he would refund. Then later that day when we called he lied and said he had already done a cash refund. We had to call Expedia and have them call the hotel/motel. Expedia took care of it and got us our refund. I would definitely never stay there or try to stay there again. The fact that we called about a late check-in and the clerk still left for the night while leaving the office open is ridiculous. Had he been honest we probably would not have written this review. But when he lied about the refund. Well...that says it all.

Lobby and hallway was dirty and unkept (furniture stacked on eachother in the lobby). Total eyesore when I walked in. Room was better thank goodness. But first impressions are important.
