Poor value for money; much too expensive for this low quality of a hotel. In addition, the air conditioner in our room did not work for half of the night and it was quite unbearable. The breakfast wasn’t even complimentary. The pillow on the bed had the shape of a head indent in it as if someone had laid on it after making the bed. Overall, it’s a budget hotel experience for way too high of a price. If it was priced more appropriately then it would have been a better rating. We weren’t looking for a luxury experience, it is obviously just a stopover night hotel, but given the high price we thought we could expect more. Or at least a cleaner room with working air conditioner.

Front desk worker was difficult to find when trying to check in. She seemed put out when I asked for extra pillows. The hallway smelled like pot. The bartender/cook was very accommodating and cooked pretty good food and made good drinks which was awesome after a long day traveling.

Hotel was clean and beautiful, very close to food amenities and hence very convenient. They did not have a microwave in the room which I thought was odd because most of the hotels have one in the room. When checking out, the lady who was at the front desk wasn’t quite friendly. Didn’t even greet or anything like that. Overall we had a good nights stay.

Unfortunately the quality at this hotel has gone down. The check ins are slow with poor wifi speeds. I feel the rooms are thin and you hear a lot of noise

Very friendly clerk at check in. Clean room with comfortable bed. Convenient placement of furniture. The outside of the building looks a bit dingy like it needs a paint job, but inside is nice with a pleasant scent and clean looking when you walk in.

Switched to this Marriot midway through our stay at another nearby hotel that was pretty grody. Everything was great, only problem is that the doors shut very loud, so every night you could hear what sounded like a Minecraft village out in the hall (Constant opening and closing of doors)

We expected the usual Courtyard Standard but this one was not good enough. The bedroom linens were sparse and it seemed they forgot blankets or comforters on the beds and replaced with a thin unsatisfactory cover.

Hotel was in a good location, and while old, it was cleaned up. My rating would have been better if it wasn’t so noisy. Our first night included loud guests returning to their room nearby fighting at 4am. Our second night included two calls to the front desk and several chat messages to get staff (Alexis) to stop the extremely loud guests at the outdoor fire pit. Each time we contacted Alexis, she said she’d had no complaints of the noise, but I knew others had called before I did. So I didn’t appreciate the lie. I expected the hotel to remove or quiet loud guests. If this was a cheap hotel, that’s what you expect but for several hundred dollars, I don’t want to be kept up until 1am by loud people outside. Maybe it was better away from the fire pit, so avoid being near that if you stay here. It’s so convenient for our travels to visit a particular person that I wanted it to work out, but we may try a different place next time. Marriott, you disappointed me.

Great place to stay
Hotel is very nice with friendly staff and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms are quiet and we couldn’t hear people above us or next door which made the experience more enjoyable. I will say that when they remodeled and removed the bathtub and only put in a large shower is a detriment. Nobody wants to be driving for 8 plus hours and have to stand in the shower to relax. It was really the only disappointment. The balcony was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee on in the morning.

The first room we received had peeling paint above the bed that appeared to be from water damage. We were able to switch rooms. The second room was better but the toilet was dirty. It had clearly not been cleaned and was soiled. The area around the shower showed it's age with rust, soap scum, and peeling paint. The beds were clean and comfortable.

This property was fine but not great. On closer inspection you could see that the rooms had a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom especially was dated and the shower had dirt and yuck in the door crevices. The towel rod actually fell off the wall when my husband pulled his towel off. The front desk was, however, quick to call maintenance to repair it. We stayed two nights, and were disappointed when we got back to the room because we’d had no maid service. Dirty towels and overflowing trash greeted us.

Beautiful Property! Easy access via email and text instructions. Clean safe and perfect location. Plenty of channels on tv and comfort bed. Even had soft robes! Will stay again!

The bathroom in our room was not clean. The toilet was dirty and the shower leaked all over the floor. The bath soap, shampoo and conditioner holder was broken and not repaired. The refrigerator in the room did not work. We had arrived after a full day of travel in the car. Although the front desk personnel offered a new room we were too exhausted at that point to move. The refrigerator was one thing, but the bathroom was a disgrace.

For a Marriott, I was expecting higher quality all around. There were stains on the ceiling, peeling paint, and rusted shower fixtures. I stayed here to rest during a long drive and thought I was splurging in myself by booking at Mariott. Typically with hotels of this caliber, they offer a soft and firm pillow option. There was only one type of pillow, which resulted in a very poor night's rest. Overall disappointing because this was my sole purpose for staying here.
