Stayed here on our way to Ohio. It was fine although the breakfast was disappointing. They were out of several items, and the eggs were cold.

Beckley,WV was our halfway point to a destination in South Carolina. I searched properties and saw that this Hampton Inn had great reviews vs. the other hotels in Beckley. They were accurate! This Hampton Inn was clean, friendly staff, and breakfast included. There are 2 restaurants in walking distance too: Texas Steakhouse and Pasquale.

Hotel seemed clean but there were some dirt marks on the pull out couch which caused us to ask for a second set of sheets and remake the whole thing. Shampoo & conditioner were not stocked for our family. Hotel staff was very accommodating and quick with help.

It was just what we needed as we were traveling home from Savannah. The beds were comfortable and the facility was clean. We stayed at a different place on our way down and this beat that one hands down.

After a 12 hour drive we came to a reception desk sign that said she had to step away would be back asap…. After 15 mins she arrived to check us in… Considering we paid $300 for the room the hotel is not worth it…old remodelled doesn’t quite cut it for me…

Booked on line. Arrived to find we got put in a handicap room. Never requested and even at check-in no one said this was a handicap room. Shower floor dirty. Almost fell because water leaked over the handicapped shower lip.Had to use all the towels to wipe up the water. The temperature of the water was hard to regulate. There was no hair dryer. Had to request more towels. Told this booking was because we booked through Expedia and we could leave if we wanted at our expense. Andrea Nester, General Mansger.
