The room had a musty smell but I just left the window open to air it out. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. Ordered food from the bar located in the lower level of the motel and it was good. The breakfast was horrible, the sausage and eggs were floating in water and the coffee was not good. For a place to sleep and a hot shower it was fine.

Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Room numbers too small to see at night. We needed handicap accessible but we were put on the 2nd floor without an elevator because we needed pet friendly!

It was right off the hwy good location, they do have a restaurant on site, ( we did not eat there) they also have breakfest( we did not eat there and coffee was not that good). I would say the rooms need some upgrades and something to remove the smell, but overall good place.

I usually stay in more expensive lodgings. Gave this Quality Inn a try because of the good reviews and its location close to the highway along our route to Florida. Also, we were travelling with pets. For the price, I was not disappointed. Room was clean and quiet. Staff members were extremely friendly and some guests were very friendly and sociable. We got in late at night after driving through a snowstorm. By the next morning driveways were ploughed and the property was very presentable. Only minor complaints are that one guest was smoking outside his room, which caused some smoky smell in our room and the breakfast was minimal (no toast, bagels, fruit was not fresh). Overall, a decent place for a 1 night stop, if you have pets.

A hidden Jem! Modern, clean and quiet!
We were so pleased with the beautiful condition of this hotel and how clean it was! The breakfast was above what any other hotel offered. A full line of hot and cold breakfast! We were a little unsure since the price was so reasonablel But it will not disappoint! Pictures are true to the modern and well keep hotel. Staff even on a holiday weekend were so nice and helpful! Will stay again!

Quirky little old school drive up motel. Sure it could use some updating but everything is clean and functional. Staff is amazing. The built in bar and grill is the ice cream on top.

Clean rooms, but very dated. Location to New River Gorge/Babcock State Park was Convenient. After the first morning, opted to eat breakfast out. Food was bland, with very watery eggs.

The room was clean but upon entering we noticed a strong perfume air freshener odor that was overpowering. Suggest management switch to an air neutralizer for odors instead as some people are sensitive to fragrance. Breakfast selection was limited and consisted of juice, coffee, water, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, commercial scrambled eggs and steamed sausage patties, apples and bananas, bagels with butter, mini donuts, and yogurt. Addition of milk, cereals, bread to toast, make your own oatmeal with toppings, and hash browns would have been nice.

Call me ‘Karen’
The alarm, or something, was sounding off and on all night in the room next door. There was no where else to move us and the night clerk called me ‘Karen’. I did ask for someone to call me before I wrote a review but so far it’s crickets. Won’t let me add the video of the noise, pictures only. Also, there were ants in the bathroom and hair in the bathtub. Breakfast was okay. The waffles you make yourself and my daughter said the sausage tasted like it had been boiled and she hoped that was butter the eggs were swimming in. Location is convenient but next time I think I’ll book on down the road.

Convenient to New river gorge
Comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine. Convenient to the national park. We were on the side by the highway and my husband said there was traffic noise. I didn't notice it. Walked to the Dairy Queen next door.
