Ratty hotel in awful Location

Squalid looking entrance and office behind a gas station and Dairy Queen. No hot water, mouldy fridge, small cramped bathroom,sink and mirror in bedroom,thin towels, cheap lumpy pillows. Veneer on furniture lifting off due to water damage. Lamps with burnt out bulbs or broken. Rug is dark coloured so hard to tell if it's clean. Bathroom fan so loud you can hardly talk , thin walls. Sheets clean but have been bleached and smell. No bed bugs thank God I checked that first! Oh and the view of the gas station above our window on 1st floor was amazing. Not what I'm used to in a Wyndham Hotel. My first and last stay at a Travelodge! I was asked by front desk if I wanted to call Expedia but no offer of a change of room. We left very early the next morning! I don't normally complain if it's small things but this was too much!
