My shower was Luke warm at best. Terrible. No hot water my entire stay. Staff had no idea nor explanation.

I had another nice stay at the Hampton Inn - Bedford, N.H. I have stayed here many times and it always is a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and couldn't be more accomodating. It's conveniently tucked away from the bustle of the shopping district. I am sure I will be back soon.

I found a hair under the sheets when I peeled back the cover, the bed was not completely made, there were crumbs on the pull out tray of the night stand, the bottle of conditioner was empty in the shower, there was no tooth paste and the HVAC unit rattled all night.

Brief stay
We were at the hotel for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was always open for coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
The elevators sounded in need of repair and the heating/cooling system in the room was very loud and disruptive during the night. The hand held shower in our bathroom did not work.

Beds are comfortable and room was clean. On the other hand I have to mention this that the heating system is very noisy, like sleeping with the compressor in the room. Hotel needs to upgrade the system cause it's an ongoing issue in the past also. Good breakfast with lots of variety.

The check in was quick and friendly Steve who checked us in was fantastic, phoned around to find restaurants that were open on Thanksgiving, a great help. He recomended the Red arrow diner, not to be missed.

Very quick check-in, and the help is very nice. The rooms were spacious as well equipped with a mini fride and microwave. Breakfast was nice and conformable seating for all. I wwould definitely stay again.

Arrived late at night due to flights and was welcomed by a friendly receptionist who provided suggestions for local eaters that were still open. Charming location, approximately a 10-15 minute drive from the Manchester Airport and 5 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities. Room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was good as well.

I got a knock on my door from the desk clerk verifing that I was a guest the second day I was checked in. Then the maintaince crew came to my room 2 times to provide fireplace maintanice while I was in the room.
I have been in the hotel business for many years. This is not right.

My only complaint is they charged for bottled water. Offered two free bottles for some rooms but not for me bec I got my room through Expedia. Didn’t make sense. Should be either all or none.

This property has not aged well and not well maintained. the front desk attendants in the AM were loudly gossiping, I thought there were kids running around the hall.
