The room itself was nice. The staff, however, were not. Me and my best friend wanted a girls night away from everybody. So we booked online. I messed up and only booked it for one person and didn’t realize it. We got to the hotel and when we checked in, we were met with instant judgement. The lady running the desk said “it was not good” that we booked through here and was generally very rude to the both of us. She said that I only booked for one and that my friend couldn’t stay and so I said just add her and I’ll pay for it, no big deal. She made it seem like such a hassle. The next morning during checkout she said that we had violated rules and invited someone over. We didn’t lol we had a three hour conversation with my boyfriend. Once that was cleared up she said that she was charging us for damages. All around not the bet experience

Your credit card declined twice! We rejected your reservation. You again booked with the same bad credit card. We Rejected your reservation again. You also, cursed to my staff on the phone. We told you you are not welcomed at our property and warned you to report you to police if you continue to verbally harass my staff. You never checked in here so, I will leave it up to my guests to decide how credible your review is.

Mostly as described--you are getting what you paid for. We arrived late at night and only used this hotel as a place to sleep. It was quiet, the staff were friendly (although a little rude about letting me know they don't allow guests or pets, since I didn't have either), and the room had all the basic amenities, plus a fridge, microwave, and phone charging station. The building is a bit outdated, with stains on the carpet and ceiling, but everything seemed perfectly clean. Would come back if I was looking for someone inexpensive to stay the night.

Good room, friendly service, disappointed in the pillows! Super flat and uncomfortable. But overall a cute place!

Horrible

The staff is horrible. There is a locked door in the room where the manager peeps and listens to you in the room. It is quite creepy.

Locked door leads to Kitchenette which did not rent. No access to kitchenette other then through the guest room. It seems you forgot the apology you made to us when we tried to turn you over to police. You were ejected because you were trying to invite people off the street to do illegal activities. You must feel lucky we only ejected you and not turned you in to police. Next time find another hotel for your illicit activities.

Nice Place in Good Location

Very helpful manager. He took care of our late arriving suitcase and helped us with directions. Loved being right next door to a very nice cafe with good healthy food.

Not to bad. Room was clean. Old building, so has old building issues. However, the staff were very pleasant. For a place to sleep or just rest, it was great. Wall are thin. Didn't have noisy neighbors, so slept well..
