"Good hotel"
Good options for getting into the city, quiet area plenty of shops . We only stayed one night but we had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We paid for the breakfast buffet and there was plenty of choice for us. Easy check in and check out, all in all we were pleased with everything.

"Nice hotel walking distance to london outet"
I stayed with my family for one night at this hotel. We had the excutive suite which was lovely. It was our last day in london and wanted to do some shopping at the outlet which is only 10 min walking. Unfortunately We were disapointed with the outlet BIG TIME. Appearantly it wasnt the one i was advised to visit. The hotel stay however was lovely.

"Renovation Works 2017!"
Bit of a Nightmare. There are renovation works going on, on Floor 2, and we were in rooms on Floor 3 . 8am till 6pm. Drilling and banging , We did complain and moved to another floor. I would advise you, when booking to request a room on the 4th Floor or higher. Apart from the noise, this is a good hotel for families as the rooms are spacious and they have useable furniture in them eg a good chest of drawers with 3 roomy drawers for unpacking your stuff. Also a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, and a desk and chair. And the bathroom has worktop space around the sink for putting out everyone's toiletries. Hotel handy for the Swiss Cottage tube (7 min walk), and useful shops on Finchley Rd, like WH Smith, Café Nero, Boots, Waitrose. Breakfast is okay. Reception and cleaning staff were very cheerful and helpful.

"Beautiful location "
Lovely leafy NW3. Quiet. Self contained which was great. So many eating places nearby. Close to tube. We stayed first floor, wouldn't want to stay any higher because of stairs and heat. Great value.

"Good basic hotel in a handy location"
We chose this hotel for three reasons: Handy for the tube Handy for the M1 Bed for the night And it ticked the boxes on all three. It's not a full service all singing and dancing hotel, it's not the lap of luxury and it's not in an area that you are going to want to visit or spend time in. But if you put all of that to one side, then this place does what it says on the tin. The road outside was busy and we ended up parking a fair distance away on Frognal, but that meant that we could park from 2.30 Saturday afternoon to 9.30am Monday for a decent price, even though it didn't feel secure. And I have had a longer walk from the car park in some grand hotels with landscaped grounds. The reception guy just checked us in and gave us the key - he didn't ask if we needed to park, or volunteer any information to make our stay better. Just told us where our room was and where breakfast would be served. He also wrote the wifi password down for us. The room was a good size with a proper day bed for our son (we booked a triple room) which cheered him up. It was on the ground floor and that meant it was a bit noisy with revellers on the street outside during the night. We caught a tube into Central London and went to see a show. Breakfast was a good continental selection, although it ran out of things - so if you want fruit salad then get up early. And the three girls serving the food enjoyed their conversation in the side room more than they engaged with any of the guests.

"Nice hotel in very good location"
We stayed at this guest house for almost 2 week in early November. The location is very good. It is not in central London but traveling to anywhere in London is easy because the hotel is practically in front of a travel hub i.e. underground station, London bus station, intercity coach stop. This is a coach stop to/from London Stansted airport. It only takes no more than 30 minutes to central London. We have got a room in the back garden. It was great because it was quiet and isolated. The room was rather small but well equipped and kept clean. The bed was comfortable. The Wifi worked great all the time. However, the refrigerator was not very cold and the television was unwatchable most of the time. Coffee and tea were provided. The staff and owners were very friendly, polite and accommodating. They always make us feel at home. The very good breakfast was provided at the main house. I have no hesitation recommending this guest house to all my friends. I will go back again.
