The Sunday service in the restaurant was very disappointing. Breakfast was using low quality ingredients such as fatty sausages which you would expect in a budget hotel not an £80 per night one.
Bar was closed on Saturday and Sunday nights and the restaurant struggled to cope with just two tables of 8.
It looks as though there is a major cost cutting exercise putting profits before quality of service!!
