The hotel is in a convient location and has plenty of parking space.
Entered the hotel to check in approaching the desk no staff in sight went to the bar oppersite and still no staff i had to hunt around for about 5 mins before i found someone not so much as an appology or smile. Apart from that check in was smooth.
The room for the price was very nice, big shower big bed nice modern decor and a nice tv.
Room service - had to call down around 5/6 times before someone picked up made my order. On arrival at my room with the food i was told i need to pay CASH... i only had my card so i said i'll come down after... 10/15mins later i get a call asking me where am i i need to pay for the food like i was going to run away.. bear in mind the hotel have all my details. To add insult to this we had ordered 2 portions of chicken wings sweet potato fries 2 fantas 2 cokes and some fruit bowl came to £38 something now im not one to complain but the chicken wings clearly are supermarket value £3 per pack.
So to sum it up in a nut shell its a nice hotel just avoid the staff and food if you can.
