Most surfaces as you enter the building and in the lobby, where either so badly aged that they were deteriorating or it was a bit damaged. The valet area and the entry to the lobby are very dated. The security doors on the fourth floor are not working so anyone can walk in and out and it is relatively unsafe. The room conditions, including the bathrooms and the state of the actual walls and floors and fundamental basics are all either old or dilapidated. The staff are nice. "
