Very nice hotel

Pros: All of staff members are very nice and helpful. Room was specious and clean.
Cons: Breakfast buffet is very nice, but pricy. And I was a bit surprised that they asked me to pay the bill while I was still enjoying my meal.
Location: Nearest metro station is Dynamo, and it is a bit of a walk - good 20 minutes, I think.
I was there to attend an event held at Megasport. This hotel was a short taxi ride away and my stay was very pleasant.

Over charged for what was not given.

Location was terrible, taxi had hard time picking up and dropping off. Over charged on the food, and gave me incorrect food when it did come. Also ordered food and they said they didn't have burgers but in reality they didn't want to defrost it from the freezer. The next day they forgot to put cheese on my cheeseburger.

Hotel is immaculate, beautiful, great facilities. A bit of a shame about the locaction, not great for walking around alone, especially later. Saying that the metro is close and taxis are everywhere. It is a little pricey inside, drinks are double the price of Four Seasons, but they are good. Try the honey cake, amazing!

We were entitled to use the executive dining room for food but didn't realize that meant breakfast in the main restaurant was supplementary. Partly my mistake as the executive dining room was only continental but it would have been helpful just to have had it mentioned at check in that food outside the executive restaurant was payable. You live and learn.

I am sorry if we created some confusion here and I am happy to make amends to you should you have used our main breakfast room instead of the lounge and you got charged separately. To clarify, we do offer a share of dishes hot and cold in our executive lounge buffet set up, however the total selection of course is smaller as it is a smaller room and buffet facility for less guests. We continue to review and improve our breakfast set up constantly and invite suggestions and comments at all times.
