### Villa with pool for rent in Sa Riera, Begur

Located in a quiet residential area of Sa Riera, just a few minutes from the beach and the charming centre of Begur, this magnificent holiday villa with sea views is an invitation to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.  
The property, renovated in 2014, stands out for its well-designed layout, excellent orientation and generous outdoor spaces.  
On the main floor, there is a bright living-dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, creating a warm and welcoming space with direct access to a spectacular terrace with barbecue area. From here, one can enjoy stunning views of the sea and the mountains, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing moments. This level also offers three double bedrooms, one with a balcony, and two full bathrooms.  
The lower floor features a bedroom en suite with a private bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden and swimming pool, providing a peaceful and private retreat. This level also includes a utility room, storage space and laundry area.  
The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property: a beautifully maintained garden and a saltwater swimming pool, which enjoys sunshine for most of the day thanks to its south-east orientation.  
The villa also offers private outdoor parking at the entrance, with space for two vehicles.  
An ideal property for those seeking peaceful holidays, privacy and comfort, surrounded by nature and with the sea always in view. A true gem in the heart of the Costa Brava.

I would come here again I had a great time and camped 2 nights on the beach.
