Pros: buffet good, if your conference is paying. close to subway, good. near train station, good. baby dragon petting zoo
Cons: You must wear a rubber hat to go in pool. This rule compelled me to attempt skinny dipping, then feigning Westerner ignorance/ confusion.
Location: Just stay in your room and watch tv, there is 1 hbo movie channel. Always use the banks, (really close), to exchange money. Great rates.
They do have wireless internet, or did on my floor and everywhere else. Free & un-secure. There was usually 1 person at the front desk who spoke pretty good English. The remaining front desk were about 60-75% fluent. The concierge staff were good, heard good things about them from other guests, and they helped me, they spoke about 80-90% fluent English. The sky restaurant has a great view. Go after it rains, or smog free/ nice day. Beware: very expensive. I had a $15.00 USD Americano. But I was paying for the view. Looking elsewhere: If your conference is going here and you want to find a nicer hotel, don't. Beijing is a nightmare you've got to stick with the main G7. But seriously, I saw the horrible TripAdvisor reviews and nearly booked elsewhere, but that would've been a bad mistake because it's soooooo hard to keep in touch with your comrades, or plan stuff etc. Get weChat if you want to keep in touch with people at home and in Beijing.

ホテルの場所Posted Sep 27, 2015
立地場所がとてもよかった。 空港バスの乗りやすさ、天安門広場への行きやすさがよかった。 北京のどこに出かけるのにも便利なので、基層的な活動が可能となった。

The worst hotel I ever stayed atPosted Aug 21, 2015
Pros: Not much
Cons: It would help if staff could speak English
Location: Location ok
Arrived at hotel doorman just stood there as I tried to get my luggage out of the cab. Front desk could not speak any English. Nasty and unfriendly.

Horrible experiencePosted Jul 29, 2015
Cons: Staffs need to be trained more professional, and fix the smoky smell rooms, replace carpets.
Location: Close to Tiananmen Square, Mangfujing shopping center, subway, bus station, etc.
The room smells like a huge ash tray, carpet is the dirtiest thing. The room service is rude and not helpful. Lobby staffs always expect tips. Very disappointed and will not return!

It is a nice hotel. When we check in, they upgrade our room to Executive Room. It is a really big and nice room. We enjoy so much!

This hotel needs a good coffee shopPosted Jun 11, 2015 on Hotels
Enjoyed my stay - very pleasant. But this hotel does not have a decent coffee shop. It has a bar on level two and one on level 28, where you can get coffee, but no food. It needs a proper lobby lounge/coffee shop. Also, the CCTV English channel didn't work, plus no BBC. But its location is great.

Modern hotel, good locationPosted Jun 10, 2015 on Hotels
Great location for onwards rail travel, e.g., trans-siberian, from the Beijing Central Station. A five minute walk. The hotel is in excellent condition, as is the attached gym. Be warned that you require a swimming cap to access the pool.
