I stayed in this hotel for almost 4days. Hotel staff was very helpful. I would like to specially thank Bruce Lee. He was very helpful.

nice hotel and modern but too far from the action,

Pros: Nice food, but the people are sort of helpless and completely useless
Cons: Get some English speaking persons to guide the tourists. I do understand we are in China and they speak Chinese, but it is a Hilton so we assume
Location: Nothing to do around there too far and bad neighborhood around.
did not like my stay at all. I stayed there because meeting hotel. I do not come back ever

Good Location

Pros: Overall appearance and a good staff.
We stayed five days at this hotel waiting for a cruise ship. It was comfortable and had a good breakfast buffet. The staff was helpful and the location was close to a bank and fast food eats.

Nice Hotel friendly staff

Pros: many meeting rooms and lobby bar.
Cons: Air conditioning system should be improve.
Hotel staff are very friendly and cooperative. Lobby bar is very good.

Location: everything is accessible by taxi or metro.

Very far from downtown Beijing.

Pros: Staffs were friendly, tried very hard to help guests but speaking English is their biggest handicap.
Cons: Sanitary practices in the breakfast buffet. Cloth napkins should be used as well.
Location: Location is too far from downtown and restaurants nearby are designed to serve just the locals. If you are a tourist, forget eating out.
Most Hotel staffs hardly speak English. For a Hilton, I expected staffs to be fluent in several languages, specially English. The kitchen staffs at the breakfast buffet don't use gloves or hats while serving guests. It looks like better sanitation practices should be followed. The order cooks don't know how to make a Denver Omelet. But again, this is a different country, I shouldn't expect more like what I would get here in the US, maybe?

Good hotel no wifi on the rooms

It is a good hotel, however there is no wifi on the rooms which is a little bit annoying as you need to go down to the lobby to connect and some time is impossible
