Very far from downtown Beijing.

Most Hotel staffs hardly speak English. For a Hilton, I expected staffs to be fluent in several languages, specially English. The kitchen staffs at the breakfast buffet don't use gloves or hats while serving guests. It looks like better sanitation practices should be followed. The order cooks don't know how to make a Denver Omelet. But again, this is a different country, I shouldn't expect more like what I would get here in the US, maybe?

Thanks for choosing DoubleTree by Hilton Beijing for your stay. And I am so sorry that we failed to deliver an enjoyable experience to you.
Regarding the English level of our team members, we do provide ongoing training, which normally receives positive feedback. As for the manner issue you’ve mentioned, I will talk with our F&B team on this matter as we pride ourselves for service levels.
I sincerely hope that you can witness our progress when you come here next time.
