Tired hotel, was ok.

Pros: Convenient for my business. The hotel runs some great value tours to the Great Wall of China, Ming' Tombs and Forbidden City. These were great.
Cons: No smoking policy (unlikely anytime soon), better western menu, renovated rooms, and faster internet needed.
Location: I was there for business so am unable to comment.
Must have been a great hotel when new, but now to rooms were a little shabby and tired and smelled of smoke. In fact the whole hotel smelled of smoke even the restaurant. People smoke everywhere, making relaxing in the impressive lobby with a drink impossible unless you too are a smoker. This is not a hotel really for tourists but more for Chinese business men and women. Breakfast definitely catered to the Chinese palate and while this was not a problem for me it may be for many western tastes. Free internet was slow and almost useless.

Nice hotel in Beijing. Very clean and new. There's a big shopping area and recreation center beneath the hotel for leisure.

離地鐵站較遠,打的士去金源購物城或附近的食店,很多也拒載,如自駕遊會方便些。房間舒適,服務員熱心有禮

早上告知服務員冷氣不夠,當日便有工作人員檢查,可惜另一朋友房間產生很大的天拿水味的異味,服務人員很熱心處理,很快替我們換另外一間房,但是比之前的面積少,但还是感到服務很好,包括大堂接待員,房管部。只是早上如不吃自助早餐便没有單點,酒店設有另一飲咖啡的又沒有東西吃,地下食街不夜城只有一間快餐店開,沒有咖啡及三文治。还是適合自己有車的遊客。

Pros: 로비 해산물 뷔페(1인 290위안) 지하 수영장
Cons: 냉장고 작고, 어름이 얼지 않음,
Location: 애강산, 테니스장, 지하 수영장
베이징 서남쪽에 위치, 교통 불편하나 하이덴취 (인민대, 중앙민족대,이공대 등 학교 업무) 편리 오직 중국인들만 거주, 다만 개인적인 볼일로 이곳에 숙박 하게 됐음

1.朝食付きのプランですが、朝食代は別途徴収された。妻に頼んで日本でexpediaに問い合わせ、自分も現地でホテルの関係責任者に問い合わせて、3時間の後朝食代付きであることが確認された。ただし、国際電話代だけではなく、大切な出張時間がこれに使われた。これは、ホテル側の責任とは限らず、expedia側のミスである可能性が大です。 2.禁煙室を予約し、チェックインの時にも念のために説明した、担当者はわかったと言って、手配済みの部屋を取り替えてくれたが、やはり喫煙室であった。それ以上交渉に時間を使いたくないので、そのまま泊まった。 3.翌日午後4時前、仕事から戻って、部屋は未掃除のままです。以上のことを重ねているので、大堂の副経理に電話した。ただちに、部屋のランクアップという提案が出されて、これを受け入れた。新しい部屋のトイレの水が流れなく、もう一回スタッフを呼んで修理してもらった。 契約条件と異なることが重なり、大堂副経理のような管理層は素早いものごとへの対応能力を持っているが、一般のスタッフはこれと大きいな差があると感じます。
