全聚德に近いホテルです。

北京ダックに有名なお店まで3分くらい近いです。 セキュリティはとってもいいと思います。エレベーターでも各フロアのカードを通さないと、ボダンが押せないです。

Lost receipt for security deposit

The hotel staff claimed they could not clear the security deposit on check out since they had lost the receipt and American Express was not open at the time of checkout. In general, the desk staff was rude and ineffective.

good value

Pros: location, rooms
Cons: check in and check out speed
Location: There is a Tianyuangang Center one block to the west of the hotel. You can find fast food places and two convenience stores.
The hotel is older but still in good condition. The room price is quite reasonable for a 5-star hotel in Beijing. My only complaint is that the front desk staff seemed quite slow and they were not quite acknowledging people who were waiting. It took some patience to check in and check out if there were more than three people in front of you. But overall I think this is a good hotel.

Access to the room difficult. Had to have new cards made up every day. Can't turn out lights from bed. Poor lighting - especially in the bathroom.

킹 사이즈룸을 트윈룸으로 바꾸어줘서, 남자 둘의 잠자리가 편했음. 자주 출장 가서 머물다 보니, 직원들과 친숙해져서 그런지 매우 친절했음

Help staff and good location

The staff were very help full and the hotel was close the subway. We were offered free wifi after becoming member of hhonors.

excellent. I asked for a room upgrade and got it and included a balcony. very helpful staff and safe area.

Pros: ベッドの広さと快適性。電源の多さ。事務机の機能性。なにより立地は文句なく良い。
Cons: 毎朝ランドリーの見回りは止めて欲しい。しかも2回も来られると何事かと思う。エレベーターが一度故障した。中国なのでやはり怖かった。メンテナンスはしっかりと。
Location: ローソン、スタバ、食事のできる場所、地下鉄も近く悪くない。
総合的に悪くないし出張者である日本人にとっては立地が良い。日系企業の多い地域であるし、食事や打合せする場所などにも困らない。ホテル自体は機能的で無駄がなく、仕事しやすい。ただ、若干古い。毎日ランドリーの見回りで9:30頃に部屋に来られるのも面倒。総合的に悪い部分はほとんどない。
