Worst check in

We called the hotel a day before to confirm our stay and also let them know we will arrive after midnight to ensure our rooms are reserved. Hotel shuttle picked us up and when we arrived at the lobby, we were told there were no rooms for us. After we waited about 30 min they arranged us to stay at another hotel which was 30 min away (a much better hotel BTW for the same value). By the time we went to bed it was 2:00 am. The next day they picked us up from another hotel in the morning and had two rooms ready for us at ibis. They gave us free breakfast which was not that good, and the service people was not friendly, the dining room was not kept clean/neat. Our room's shower door handle was tapped with scotch tape, water leak to the bathroom floor when showering, the hotel was not lighted well.

Hotel close to the airport

Pros: Location
Cons: A smiling hotel staff that speak better English. Beds are not confortable.
Location: 5 minutes from T2 and 10 minutes from T3.
Hotel staff did not speak a proper English and they did not answer correctly to our basic questions (like is the restaurant next door accepting international credit card for payment ?). AC was working and the room was okay. We choose this hotel only because of its location and price.

The hotel is clean and good just to sleep but we had difficulty finding the shuttle to get there. The location is far from everything and not in a nice part of town.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything including new staff
I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I can't think of any positive comments on this hotel. The staff were rude and very very unhelpful. They refuse to help you answer any questions you have regarding taxis, airport transportation, and other very general questions...

Cheap, smells of smoke

Stayed here for a quick overnight because it was close to the airport and offered free shuttles. The whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke and appears dirty. We arrived at 2am and the woman at the desk was not friendly in the slightest. The first room smelled terribly strong of cigarette smoke and our reservation was for non-smoking, so we called downstairs to complain. The front desk woman actually hung up on me. After finally moving our room, we smelt the smoke less, but the hotel rooms were dirty, the beds were cheap and felt like sleeping on cardboard. There are signs in every room that say "Don't smoke on the bed" so obviously every room is smoking. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, even for the price and location.

Worse experience!

By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I stayed here 1 night in Beijing and that was way too long. First off the hotel said it was 2 miles from the airport but it was most definitely farther. Upon arrival nobody spoke English. The only way I was able to check in was to hand them my passport. The hotel was old, dirty and dingy. When we were walking to our room, you can clearly smell cigarette smoke in the halls and I requested a non smoking section. The rooms were very plain, the beds and pillows were hard and not very comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and because they stated they offered free wifi, which I needed to get in touch with my tour company upon my arrival. The wifi did not work. I called the reception from my room and tried to explain if they could maybe reset the wifi modem because it was not working and the response I got was "sorry this hotel nobody speak English" while I clearly heard someone speaking English asking a guest what time their flight and where their destination was while I was on hold. I once again tried to explain by saying "no wifi, wifi is not working" and all I heard was the 2 front desk girls speaking in Chinese and laughing and the last response I received was "sorry no wifi" while being laughed at. This is by far the worst customer service I've received and I regret ever staying here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The girls at the front desk do not speak english. Besides they are rude with the travelers. It's very hard to get the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: ...
I often choose Ibis when I travel. Ibis shouts 'clean, new, reasonable price, great staff, awesome service'. Not in Beijing Airport Ibis case! The staff had a very cold attitude, poor english and no willing to help. Wi-fi did not work. The common hallway was so dirty. As well as the room - there were hair on the bed, in the bathroom and on the room floor. The bathroom door did not close. You're thinking it did not lock - no no, it did not close AT ALL. Shower stream was so poor and the water sometimes had a brown colour. Never again.
