It was early when I got hotel and I wasn’t feeling good. Many people were in the lobby so there was no room. I waited about 2hours then I talked staff to wish have a room....staff was very friendly and gave me a room just cleaned. Thank you so much!

Somehow, this property could not call a regular taxi for me. Since I don't have a Chinese mobile phone, I relied on hotels to call taxi for me. This is the first time I got an answer that since I don't have a mobile number, they can only call a premium cab service for me, which is three times the normal cab price. Ridiculous.

There was nothing really to like for the price I paid which was about $98 usd per night. Everything was in poor condition. The room they checked me in wasn’t room that was shown on the picture. When I tried to tell them about it, the manager at the reception pretty much pretended that he didn’t know english that well.

Overpriced with bad WiFi, Food, Air Con & Decor.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID . . . Hotel didn't turn on the air-conditioning and windows so small they let in no fresh air, WiFi barely usable, Gym equipment was poorly maintained and in the case of the bike it was broken and presented a risk of injury, breakfast buffet cold and not stocked adequately, general decor so retro (in a bad way) compared to newer hotels in Beijing which are the same or just 10% more like the Marriott. I literally have no positive things to say except the staff were ok and the location in CBD was handy. Please avoid. Beijing has so much better you can find better. This place is outdated and not suitable for couples, business trips or any other traveller I can think off. Hotels.com do you not check out these places and validate the quality?

I wouldn't go there again. The lobby looks great! But it's an old building and they're trying to make it look nice. No AC and it was difficult getting into their WIFI. Smell kinda funny too. Maybe $60, but not worth $100 that we paid for. It's in a busy street too, so traffic will be loud and be ready to have google translate to go!

Can use a little renovation . Decent lobby , good
It is a hotel had it’s glory days, and they still think so, however , age and not-up-to-par maitenanance reveal the true state of it, especially once you stepped into the room. It calls for some renovation. My minor. complaint would be; there is not a sofa chair but two dinner chairs there, hard to think you are relaxing when sitting in a dinner chair. The location is great though, two subway lines re near by.

The location is very close to the YongAnli metro and the Silk Market. Walk is about 5-7 minutes. Food choices in the area are rather limited. Note that this is a Chinese run hotel, overall it is not up to Western standards. Lobby is bright, rooms are adequate and a bit dated. Our biggest complaint was the air conditioning in our rooms 1206 and 1208 would never go below 25C even after reporting the problem. The TV has 1 English channel--CNN and 1 channel alternating English and Chinese movies. The same 2 movie choices play each night. I watched Die Hard 3 times. It was adequate, but uncomfortable from the heat & humidity. Did not get a response from staff on shutter from airport and the car cost was 440 yuan. Ask for return shuttle at check-in. It is only provided on certain days.

It is in between 2 stations Guomao and Yonganli - and very proximate to the CBD area. The rooms are spacious but a little dated, furniture needs a bit of upgrade.

I think the location is very good, you can reach to the mall by walk in 15min, and it is near from the subway station. room condition is not very bad also not very good. if you have a chance to stay on a business trip to Beijing I recommend this hotel.

The location is very good, close 2 subway station. But I booked one bed, they gave me a standard room with 2 bed. Or they can gave me one bed which is near the corner, they told me the room is quite small. The point is I booked already, why they do not keep a room for me?! Generally the room is quite small. Near this hotel, there are plenty of hotels. I will try not to stay here any more.

Good customer service
My husband and I have a relaxing stay at Jinglun Hotel. At first the hotel did not find our Hotel.com reservation. The staff (Ms Cui ) went extra mile to help confirm our reservation by allowing us to stay at a upgraded room for one night. The next morning she confirmed our Hotel.com confirmation and allow us to stay in the upgraded room for the rest of the 5 days. The hotel location is very close to metro stations for Line 1. Most impressive service is the airport shuttle service at this hotel. I will come back to Junglun if we are in Beijing again.
