Hotel great, services can be better

The hotel is good in general but there are 2 management problems: Firstly the front desk refuses to order a taxi (citing taxies do not respond to the hotel) for the early morning, and they want the customer to call for the taxi. This will be very difficult for customer who does not speak Chinese. Secondly while the hard wire internet is good in room, the WIFI require password from a starting page, so you have to enter to the password page every time. This is worse than the free WIFI at an airport. This is unnecessary for a hotel.
