the room was shabby and NOT clean. Other colleagues staying at the hotel hotel had the same experience. Would not recommend for any reason.

We will conduct more trainings to emphasize the cleanliness and improve the cleaning skill of our staffs. We will try our best to ensure every room we sell to our guests is up to standard. For the outdated facilities, we will do the refurbishment step by step. The renovation of the corridors from 11th Floor to 15th Floor has been completed recently. It includes replacing wallpaper and carpet, upgrading the light system, and renewed the doors of guest room. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to fine tune our operations in the hope that upon your next visit, we can meet or exceed your expectations. I have been to China four times now. This Time I traveled by myself. The staff at the front desk and outside in front of the hotel were very helpful and very friendly. Also it was close to the airport.

Bra hotel, möjligen något dyrt

Hotellet håller en hög standard och håller en bra service nivå! Möjligen att hotellet kan upplevas något dyrt i förhållande till vad man får (storlek på rum, frukost etc) i jämförelse mot andra hotel i Beijing.

Good clean hotel with excellent size rooms. Hotel was able to arrange a driver for day trips. Well located albeit you need to get transport/taxis to most sightseeing and shopping areas.

Slitet men rent hotell med okej läge

Hotellet ligger hyfsat centralt, med en tunnelbanastation i närheten. Hotellet i sig känns lyxigt, men väldigt slitet. Ganska nedgånget men helt okej fräscht. Sängen och utsikten vägde dock upp så det känns ändå värt att lägga pengarna på en natt här. Personalen var trevlig och väldigt hjälpsamma.
