Room was large, and value was great. If you check in late or are a foreigner, I would avoid. Hard to find, and security gate workers are untrained or unwilling to help if you do not speak Chinese. My advice is to contact the place before you arrive so that you have perfect directions and contact information at the ready.
After travelling from shanghai to Beijing via the speed train, we arrived at around at around 22:00 and tried to find the apartment for about an hour. Asked a local with the help of Google translate to help find apartment, and he could not find it either. Finally through searching endlessly online for a contact number, we got hold of the owner, and found the place. We "checked in" around 24:00. I would strongly avoid the apartment if you don't speak Chinese, and or you are arriving late, especially because there is no check in area.
