Close to dengshikou station. Make sure you choose correct room selection. Some are old and some are newly refurbished room. Check portal room photo. A good place to stay.

The newly renovated wing or levels are much brighter and cleaner, hence it is better to go for family suite from level 8 onwards. Staff are friendly. However the family room i stayed in, the airconditioning did not seem to be able to adjust the temperature to cool air, hence the room was too warm.

Best location! You have to consider this hotel when come to Beijing. Closest metro station is Jinyu Hutong, exit A. I could easily come back to hotel whenever tired after sightseeing and went out again for afternoon walk or dinner. The room quite small because they have a lot of property inside but overall I had a very good stay. The heater and hot shower worked properly, helped me through the cold of Beijing. The staff were helpful and like to help me when I had some issue with local tour. I will come back to this hotel if I go to Beijing again

Nice location, clean rooms (we booked the renovated rooms) and helpful staff. We got the flu and staff gave us extra water each day.

The hotel is amazing I suggest it for you if you want to visit Beijing, site is wonderful , staff are very very very friendly and helpful to the maximum Annie , Angelia , hana , Wendy and a special appreciate to Clara the person who helped me so much , I really spent a weak in paradise and I really want to thank the hotel management and all staff members for this perfect hospitality and kind . I will like to give my heartfelt thanks to the Housekeeping Staff Zhang Cailing & Du Chun Hong. I am travelling alone and they gave me the sense of security by chatting with me, in addition to keeping my room clean by waiting for me to complete my work in the hotel room before they come in to clean the room. Kudos to them and they are precious assets to the hotel.

The hotel is nice, but the room was very hot at night (25.5). Hard to sleep. They said because it’s fall they don’t use air conditioning. Otherwise great, but if you can’t sleep the hotel is not worth much.

English speaking staff as Int'l tourist hotel.
Initially, the receptionist who attended to us was blunt. Then, later when we complained about the room condition - damp and not cleaned properly, another girl looked for a better room for us. Location was good. In hotel restaurant was not bad. But order the red wines.

This hotel has a great location: walking distance to Wangfujing Street and the Forbidden City. We also walked to the subway station for the #5 subway. Moreover, there are restaurants and grocery stores across the street. Overall, we are satisfied with the location and the price.

There was a huge water spill in my hallway. I've no idea whether or not they were at or near capacity, but I feel they could have put me in a different hallway or on a different floor. I don't think my bathroom was thoroughly cleaned before I arrived and they are still using individual containers for soap, shampoo, etc. rather than dispensers. Smelled of smoke everywhere even though I was in a non-smoking room.

This property is has a great location. The staff were helpful, however the food needs improvement and the property needs some TLC. I got trapped in my room because of a malfunctioning night latch which left me with a gash in my thumb as a tried to get out of the room.

Its very close for Wanfunjing street, tiananmen and forbidden palace. Close to metro network and even a mcdonalds and 7eleven across the street but its a tired hotel in need of aome renovation. Looks good from the outside. The bed linen and towels are fantastic but the carpet is thread bare. Its the simple things like batteries in the safe or a working fridge...the light worked but it didnt chill. The shower head wouldnt stay in the same place and the heating was either full on or off. The breakfast was average but struggled to find a seat or pair of seats on a table where you dont have to share with other guests. The staff did not seem to care about customer service except the young female concierge. Wouldnt stay again but served its purpose.

Hotel room condition is not so ideal, not well maintained. Shower water pressure is low. Safe in room is not functioning. Hotel location is walking distance to many eateries n minimal.

Distance to train station is acceptable, but front desk staff were not so accommodating. When we were there, we met with the 70th national rehearsal, so part of the street was limited passage, and we were suppose to depart for airport, that day. We tried to get them to co-ordinate our departure timing with our transportation agent, they will not so willing to assist.
