The internet is super slow. Almost impossible to use. There was some kind of VIP guests stay at the hotel. The security police people are very rude to our regular guests. Don’t recommend to stay here if the police are all over the hotel and treat the guests like criminals

It was a short trip to Beijing. The hotel is located very close to the various tourist attractions, making it a very convenient place to stay.

Not your usual The Peninsula
Unlike other Peninsula Hotels, seemingly a mall-like “lobby”, though Hermes, Chanel and LV are the stores, it still feels like a Mall. Lobby Lounge lost its usual glamour as being a destination in major cities where The Peninsula is located. Unfriendly security check when you enter, regardless if you are a hotel guest or store goer. It was horrendous.

Very good stay for the family, everyone praised the room and the in room amenities. Although some of the interactive tech is a bit confusion for the adults, but definitely fun for the kids. Love to stay here again given any chance revisit to BJ

This hotel is by far the best 5* hotel I have stayed in to date. The suite was fantastic, the service is unbeatable by all different teams within the hotel, and the location is brilliant. If you are heading to Beijing, you will not be disappointed if you book to stay here.

Beautiful, comfortable duplex suite and excellent service from the concierge, bellmen, and housekeeping staff! Location was perfect! My only “complaint” was that the breakfast at the Lobby every day was unimpressive, as was the wait staff. Not terrible, but certainly not up to par with other similar-tiered hotels.

Location is great, overall customer service is great especially at concierge. Restaurant for breakfast need to be improved, the waitress is unfriendly, expect the breakfast pastry to be served warm but it's not.

Fantastic hotel
Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Service was excellent, the staff spoke excellent English, the suite was huge, well decorated and comfortable. 2 sinks in the bathroom, smart controls throughout for the temperature, curtains etc. great location just a couple blocks from the pedestrian mall. Would definitely stay at the peninsula again.

Location, location, location??
Lack fluent English-speaking and pro-active staff. Due to its proximity to the Square, road blocks and tight securities could cause utter inconvenience. The 2-day National Day rehearsal during my stay was just that!
