"Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean rooms. Convenient location as we were visiting my mother in the hospital across the road. The only reason I didn’t give 5* is because, sadly my mother passed away while we were there and the hotel wouldn’t refund us for the final night of our stay even though they knew the circumstances. Disgusting attitude. I would have thought compassion would come before anything else in this difficult situation. "

"We had an amazing stay at the Allegro Hotel in Granada. Even tho the hotel is a little bit further away from the center, you can easily walk to the center and there’s plenty of options for dinning and shopping around. We loved our room, it was modern, nice and clean. Definitely will recommend! "
