Worst customer service

The staff was very rude, they do not come to clean the room and if they come they will only clean the washroom! The toilet flush was broken and i asked several times for it to get fixed! They respond like 7 hours later! They were trying to charge me for a phone call that i never did and also were trying to make me pay for one of the towels and saying that it was super dirty that they cannot clean! At check out they didnt want me to talk to the manager and were lying by saying that they do not have a manager on duty! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

spacious rooms. Lot of traffic congestion around the hotel. bad smell in the bath rooms.

Dirty room with a terrible view

Pros: The location is decent.
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Restaurants nearby.
Even though I'd made a request ahead of time for two beds, we had to wait for staff to make the beds. When you've arrived at 2 am, it's not entertaining. To top things off, not only was the room tired and dated, it was dirty too - complete with dead bugs. The 'city view' is of an abandoned building. I'd go else where. The room didn't look anything like the pictures.

nice hotel in the Hammera district

Pros: Location and spacious room.
Cons: Laundry service is outrageously expensive!
Location: Hammera district is one of the main restaurant and bar areas of Beirut. Take the daily tours going around Beirut (Baalbek valley, Byblos, etc.).
nice hotel in the Hammera district, walking distance to the sea, and restaurants, bars, etc. Rooms are large and quiet. I was given a suite. Internet a bit slow. Decent exercise room.

Nice location, urgent renovation needed

Very old room facilities. Haven't seen carpeting any dirtier in my whole life. Though overall room cleaneless is very good. Had some issues with amount of towels given. Breakfast is chaotic on weekends, food trays do not get refilled.

Great location and room size. We had a rear facing balcony so that wasn't great, and the furniture was a bit worn. Overall the hotel is the perfect option for those staying in Beirut and looking to explore the city. Its a short drive to the airport and within walking distance of many amenities.
