All was got At check out the receptionist told me you're bill will be send by email which didn't happen And tald my they will take from my money what they want and return the rest As they take deposit with the price of the room

Nice but no respect to privacy
The location and the overall facilities are fantastic. My main issue was the lack of respect to my privacy. The housekeeping team entered my room 3 times during my stay, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. Twice by a female employee opened the door and asked if everything is fine, and I pointed out that she was not supposed to enter, and she apologized. Again a lady opened the door asking me if I want water, which we didn’t have in the room, and offered to bring it. This was a very annoying way to ask for tip. On the second day a man entered my room at 7:00am and I screamed at him, and he apologized saying that he thought we checked out (the sign was still on the door). Then half an hour later they called to apologize, which really disturbed my sleep. They could’ve wait until I go for breakfast at least. The night stand was broken, I tried to move it to install my mobile charger but it fell on me, and it was obvious that no one checked it for a long time because of the dust underneath it. Althought they apologized several times, but such issues should not be experienced in a four seasons hotel.

Staff are the friendliest. Nothing you ask gets turned away. No excuses are used at all when something you ask is challenging. Always welcoming your requests with enthusiasm and willingness to help while showing sincere attempts to deliver and they do deliver. The hotel needs upgrading a bit and it would take me a while to put down notes but top tier hotels know what they are missing. It is just a matter of taking action and there is no need for me to list them down unless someone wants to call me to talk about them.

The choice of amenities in rooms is miserable. Just shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, no toothbrush set or shaving, or lufa etc etc... it’s vertainly below standard for FS. Windows are dirty starting from the entrance, what is the reason to build huge windows if you cannot keep it clean. Porters are wonderful and helpful. The staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. However, the waiters need more training to reach the FS international level.

As expected, this is a great hotel to reside in.. Things always get handled professionally. The only weak point they have, however, was their Concierge Service. Don’t trust their advice!

We were very disappointed by the hotel service when the meal in the restaurant fell far below standards. We had to wait an extra long time for them to correct the mistake, and the chef came out and argued about the meal. They should have comped the food. We stay at Four Seasons properties all the time, and that would have been the right call.

Nice hotel
High end hotel in a nice area. Note that the pool is closed for 6 months so you can’t even go to the roof and sit even when it’s 25 degrees. Service was great, concierge, reception and house keeping were amazing and very helpful. I found the hotel decor in general to be quite dated and could use a refresh or some modernization. Great location to walk along the boardwalk with lots of restaurants and Beirut souks is a few blocks away.
