Expected more from a Radisson

Service is really good. Staff are friendly and arranged the daytrip, airport pick up, etc very reliably. However, the soft boiled egg ordered came as very hard boiled egg, the mojito at the hotel bar was tiny and terrible, the mini bar extremely overpriced and the shower tiles very moldy. Overall it was OK if you see it as a normal hotel and you dont care about the food and details but i expected more as it is a Radisson.

Very nice staff and great location

A good choice for staying in Beirut. Each staff member, from the valet to the front desk, were very pleasant and accommodating. And imagine my surprise when after returning to the room one afternoon, I was greeted with a slice of cake with the message 'Happy Birthday'. I was incredibly touched and can't say that has ever happened to me before! It shows what care and attention someone had when they checked us in - I never mentioned it was my birthday that weekend at any point. The front desk staff must have taken note of my date of birth when I showed my passport and remembered to wish me a happy birthday later in a special way. It truly made my day.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel recommend it to all, the business rooms are nice, though the hotel has old furniture but it's well maintained. The price compering other hotel around is excellent.

nice stay

Pros: good location , good stuff , clean a little bit old but still ok
Cons: air conditioning system was too old.
Location: location is very good and the hotel have good access to Zeitunabey and Hamra street.
the hotel have good location which you can go to Hamra street or Zeitunabay by walk. stuff are friendly and this is so helpful in Beirut hotel was clean and service is good. The furniture is a little bit old but still ok.

nice clean hotel / excellent value for money

Hotel has nice spacious and very clean rooms and very good value for money , the room service was not up to a 5 star standard along as well as The beds were not comfortable at all ( mattresses poor quality ) and the carpet in the room was old , for me the bed matteess isues should be addressed by the hotel

Nice hotel. Walking distance to souqs Beirut

We had a lovely eight day stay. The buffet was good but it would be good to have some change in the variety as it was the same food every day. Staff was helpful and pleasant for the most part
