Nice Hotel, good location

Pros: location
Cons: Lobby does not reflect a 5 star. too small with only 4 guest chairs.
Location: restaurants, cafes, Hamra street.

I very special location in the heart of the city .

Pros: Location
Good overall experience , it was overpriced because of high season . The staff are very friendly but the room is very small which is ok because of the location and restriction in the land .

Nice and centrally located

Hotel does not respect online reservation. I had to fight for all expected benefits including Internet and sea view. This should not be the case all benefits should be clearly outlined in your site and there should be a way to interact with Expedia online if indeed help is needed.

The location is perfect and amazing views. The rooms are a little small and the lobby as well. Hotel staff is very friendly. Value for the money is great.

Average Stay

Seaview suite from 7th floor was average as restaurants across the street obstructed view of Raouche. Pool didn't open until 10am on Sunday which was late for an early riser. Miscommunication with tour booked through hotel and what was included in the price. It wasn't the advertised tour company but a private arrangement made through the front desk staff - just be sure to confirm all of the details. Good breakfast!!! Airport transfer was $25US each way. 15 minute walk to Hamra Street.

A Memorable Stay Always

We LOVE this hotel... our honeymoon three years ago was at this hotel. Every time we return to the hotel we find it better than before and the days we spend there are everlasting. AMAZING and wonderful team all around. Me. Farid was amazing, Ms. Marwa, & Ms. Roula. They made it all the better. Our number one hotel amongst the hotels we visited around the world.
