I enjoy staying there and the lady staff she knows what she is doing. My wife was pleased we will be back.

Family trip to Maryland

Pros: It was close to everything and had plenty of hot water
Cons: Upgrade the beds & pillows. Have an ice machine in the hotel.
Location: There is a shopping center across the street. You're very close to the highway so you can get to just about anything.
Everything went well with check-in, the staff was very friendly. The room was clean so we were happy with that. The showers had plenty of hot water. The beds however were like sleeping on wooden boards and the pillows went flat like pancakes. We all woke up with soar neck and stiff backs. The breakfast is coffee on a little table with granola bars, muffins and oatmeal. For an Extended stay, I would think that they would have ice machines, nope. Had to go to the store, which is thankfully right there, to get ice. Had I known the area, I would have stayed at the hotel across the street. There I know I would have slept comfortably and had a nice hot breakfast in the morning but I guess that's what they want you to use the kitchen for.

Not the best extended stay america

I usually love extended stays, and even tho it wasn't terrible, i was disappointed with this one. My room smelled weird like there was some leftover stench from whoever was there before me. There was some substance left on the counter and table that should have been wiped off. My TV would just turn off on its own, so I couldn't even watch it. The walls were so thin that I could hear the person in the room next to me snoring. The staff was great, but the room itself needs some work and extra cleaning.

Everything I needed and nothing I didn't

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building has some age on it and it shows. Even though the hotel advertises it's a non smoking facility, my room smelled of recent cigarette smoke. The location was perfect for my needs and I would use it again in the future.

Worth the price

We were in a crunch for hotel and hotel was clean, staff very friendly. Only drawback is it says breakfast, but couple muffins and granola bars (grab and go). Fortunately they share parking lot with 7-11 and other places close by. Worth the price and comfortable stay

Reasonably priced hotel

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating
Cons: The cleanliness of the lobby area and the rooms. If these things are improved, then this would be a very nice short stay hotel.
Hotel was conveniently located for my purpose. Reception area had dirt on the floor that had been there for awhile. Room was larger than expected, however, it smelled of smoke. Sheets did not appear to be clean

A Perfect Mid tour stop over

Had to stop over for a overnight stay for my travel to NC from MA. Had to checkin during late night, the staff as usual are perfectly welcoming and made sure that the checkin was smooth and quick. All I had to do is, grab the keys and get into my room as soon as possible, all in less than 10 mins. Atleast for me it's the quickest, I cannot expect more. The next morning snack-breakfast with coffee is good as well. Thanks ESA!
