Front desk employee Monet was professional, helpful, patient and so nice. MS Monet even greeted me with a big smile that made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. The other staff member known as “The School Teacher” was also very professional and nice as well both ladies get 1000 stars from my experience

Michael at registration could not have been nicer. I was disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for repairs but things happen. The room was very comfortable and clean with free wifi. A very nice place to stay!

Sha’ ron was a great host and I had to problems checking in, she made me feel welcome and the room was clean smelled great and it was quiet the whole evening while I got my rest. I definitely recommend for older couples, couples and singles and people with children, I would call ahead to Accommodate a room on the further side of the building to consider others.

Terrible. My son and I both got sick. My son very badly, couldn’t breathe, sore throat etc. it was so bad that had to take him to the emergency room because he was crying and couldn’t breathe. We had to check out early and after six hours away from the hotel his condition improved dramatically. Unfortunately he was unable to play in the baseball tournament (which was the reason for the trip). The hotel totally ruined our entire trip.

Our room was very nice. They are renovating the hotel and we must’ve stayed in an updated room. The breakfast staff was amazing. Super friendly and so nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
