Overall excellent experience. Strong positives were friendly staff, amazing views, excellent facilities. Some negatives included staff that on occasion were difficult to get the attention of (e.g during meal times) and charges for using the tennis court.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff

Our stay was fantastic, even though it was the winter season! My wife and I spent 4 lovely nights waking up to the sight of the beach right by our door leading out to the beach. Dinner was at Mercado Din, buffet style with a good variety to chose from. Good food! Breakfast was at The Plantation Club with a lovely view of the hills and beautiful birds around you. Full English breakfast..Exquisite!! Amenities were fine, but the staff were FANTASTIC!! Every single one of them we came in contact with. We had a spa treatment, very relaxing! Definitely worth a revisit!!

we checked in at 8pm, the manager included the dinner for us which was a good start. The service we experienced during the buffet made me think if this hotel actually had 5 stars. I had requested two three staff members to give me a bowl and they all just turned a deaf ear. we had requested for a sofa since we had a 1 yr old baby with us to which they again refused, I still don't understand why. the room wasn't even equipped to charge ur phone! the cleanisless was just about OK. the location is beautiful. would definitely not stay here again simply because of the level of their service.

Food...

Pros: Shame the food let down what was actually a nice enough room.
Cons: The eating options are way below standard. The gym is not of a 4 star hotel standard either.
Booked this hotel for two nights as one way to another hotel we had booked for the majority of our stay. Just a two day stay but food is massively overpriced (buffet was cold and not of a 4 star standard by far - over £90 for two with one beer and one water is a joke). One breakfast we were served a raw egg instead of hardboiled. Avoid the fish restaurant at all costs. When asked if we would like to speak to the manager on checkout to discuss these issues we were informed actually he couldn't see us as was in a meeting!

Lovely hotel, good facilities. The food was very good quality, but was also very over priced unfortunately which was the only down side.

Very nice hotel....right at beach.

We had a memorable stay at outrigger. We booked Junior suit but were upgraded to senior suit and hotel staff did everything to make it a memorable stay. Navasana spa was very good with excellent facilities. Overall experience was very satisfying.

Fantastic double room with beautiful sea view.

Pros: Very helpful staff, clean room and immaculate grounds.
Cons: Nothing. There were quite a few people staying at the resort during our visit but there was quite a private and unique feel about the site. Excellent.
Location: Excellent location. We stayed in the resort. Plenty of sun, beautiful views and fantastic restaurants. Particularly - The Plantation Club. Superb!
Friendly and helpful staff. Accommodation, restaurants and food excellent. Perfect location.
