Great Hotel in a Good Location

Pros: Staff and location.
Location: Don't want to take away your fun of exploring !
We had a fabulous holiday in Lisbon. Our room was spacious with the most comfortable bed,fabulous pillows and linen. The staff were attentive, welcoming, professional and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you

Outstanding small hotel near the river

Pros: Relaxed friendly atmosphere
Cons: More vegetarian menu options [that didn't include cheese]
Location: Great walks, many of the important museums are nearby.
Very helpful friendly staff. Excellent facilities. Although not in the centre of Lisbon it is near the museums and its easy to get in and out of central Lisbon.

Wonderful hotel

Amazing friendly staff, superb breakfast buffet which so much choice and variety. I also ate dinner in the hotel and again the food was superb. The rooms are bright, fresh, clean. The reception staff are extremely knowledgeable about the city. Superb, first class hotel, can't wait to go back again!

Great hotel in the middle of Belem

Helpful and polite staff, modern rooms with nice balcony with a view, free parking with private car-park, 5 star service at a reasonable price, great location by the river and close to all the main sights of Belem.

Design hotel at the Tejo river

Pros: Modern design, at the waterfront, very good breakfast / quality of the food
Cons: some outside furniture would need to be replaced. Rooftop pool is very small and there is not much shade which is a challenge for children
Location: Eat in one of the great fish restaurants along the Tejo river, visit Belem tower and Jeronimos monastery
Spacious room and bathroom, modern design furniture, walking distance to Belem tower and Jeronimos monastery, comfortable public transport (bus and tramway) to the city center; allows very nice walks along the river where great fish restaurants are located

It's all in the details.

I loved this hotel. The rooms are very spacious. The views are beautiful. The hotel is well situated, close to many attractions and restaurants. The bathrooms are beyond spectacular. It really is all in the details, right down to the comfy towels and linens. The only issue we had was a mix up regarding continental breakfast not being included as the menu card in the room would suggest. The hotel was quick to fix the problem on our bill, yet the same door hanger was left in our room the next night.
