Pros: Close to the airport, I only needed to stay one night. I got in late (22:00) and the restaurant was still open and was able to serve a decent although simple meal. Price was right and the breakfast buffet was very nice & healthy.
Cons: No in-room niceties like a small coffee maker - no big deal.

Total rip off

I have stayed at several Ibis hotels and this is the worst one I have seen. The rooms are small and need to be renovated. When I checked in, the front desk charged me an additional 5% for who knows what. I had no time to find another hotel, so I had to pay the additional money. In addition, every time I went to use the taxi affiliated with the hotel they tried to charge me twice the going rate. A complete rip off!!!!! I would not suggest anyone use this hotel.

Good for access to airport

Stayed because I had a flight early the following morning, so didn't use many of the facilities. Room was fine, but air con points at the TV, not at the bed or even at the desk. As a result, the room was too hot even with air con switched on.

The personal made te difference but the charged local call is rediculos. The supplys are very chip but I can survive Thanks

Double Charged in spite of Expedia Confirmation

Pros: Near the airport.
Cons: Front desk staff training.
Location: Near the airport but not much else. It is a long way to the cultural centre of the city.
The hotel is locate near the Belem airport which is the only reason to recommend it. The front desk insisted that I pay for my stay in spite of me showing them the Expedia Confirmation with itinerary number and hotel confirmation number. The room was adequate in furnishing and reasonably clean but there were live mosquitoes in it. During my stay I was bitten by mosquitoes at least 5 times. This compromised sleep quality tremendously. One night stay here is more than enough.

Not for long

Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: No breakfast
Location: Location is OK
This hotel has small rooms, no bellboys, no roomservice, no breakfast. No airport shuttle .Its ok for one night stay if tired. There are cheaper and better hotels nearby.

Idéal pour une escale

Séjour d'1 nuit pour se reposer entre deux avions (escale de 10 H). Hotel idéal pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport. Lit confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel agréable et disponible.
