Our stay was overnight and it was pleasant.Posted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: The clean rooms and the price of the lodging.
Cons: Relocate a facility. I25 corridor would be much better than down town.
Location: We only went out to eat and found ourselves over at the I25 corridor.
Our stay was overnight and it was pleasant. The facility is not in the most appealing location in the area. The room had quite a bit of age to it but was clean. The breakfast was average. The staff was average to just below average. With the location of the facility I did not have the feeling of security I am the most comfortable with. I have stayed in your facilities in Socorro and Bernillio, New Mexico and I rate both of them above your Belen facility. I guess in conclusion, I have to say that our experience in Belen was satisfactory, it was not quite up to the standards you expect in a Motel 8 facility. Edward L Staley--Tucson, Arizona

Worst stay ever...Posted Jun 22, 2015 on Hotels
This motel was absolutely filthy! The halls and rooms did not appear to have seen a vaccum in a very long time. Sunflower seeds littered the stairs. Tiles on the bathroom were broken and black from mold and lack of cleaning. Security was sub-par as well: the back door which should require key only entry was blocked open with a rock. Neighboring room hosted a barking dog and people ran up and down the halls screaming obsenaties. Room chairs were stained and daylight was evident above the heating/cooling unit. In fact, the only positive comment I could make is the linens were clean... I think.
