The doors have quite large gaps when you close, the extra safety bar on the door was missing, bed was a good size, but horrible. When I booked I booked this room because it was listed as having a deep bath tub, which it did not.

Mattress sits on a hard metal frame. No box spring. No clock at beside. Had to sit up and check time on microwave. Here’s the kicker! Got up to use the bathroom turned on the light and a roach was against the wall!! Omg.

Room door did not lock. Fire alarm was falling of the ceiling. Mattress had a big stain on the side looked like mold/blood not sure but unfortunately we saw this the morning after.

I asked multiple times for my room to be cleaned, it took days before i received a new set of towels. My bed was never remade by their staff. I had to request a roll of toilet paper. The toilet leaked, i reported it and it wasn't fixed. The bathroom would smell like raw sewage when it leaked. I was shocked that this hotel is part of the Marriott family. I won't stay there again.

The property is dated. Pool and spa dont work. Lots of noise during the night. The breakfast is toast and cereal. The shower barley puts out water. The floor feels like you are going to fall through.

Poor management and maintenace
Swimmimg pool was dirty along with the hot tub. Bathroom had roaches running, had to put all belongings in dresser to avoid taking them roaches home with me. Door peep hole missing so there was just an actual hole in door.

Nice stay
Very good stay. Breakfast was toast and cold cereal, more options would have been nice. One small trash can for the whole room was not enough. Beds were very comfortable and showers were good.

This was one of the worst hotels we stayed in. It was extremely noisy at 11:30pm, 1 tiny bottle of shampoo, no Kleenex, has to ask for towels, no room cleaning for a three night’s stay even when we hung the maid service requested sign on the door early Tue am (9:30 am). The pool and hot tub was dirty and slimy. The whole experience was horrible. The side door of the building were left unlocked day and night. Quite a rip-off for $120/night cost. Will never stay there again! We should get a refund.

Had a card declined so I figured the reservation was also declined. So I paid on hotels.com and called in a guy answered the phone and said call in the morning. I did and no one answered. When we got there Staff was hard to understand, and essentially rude. Changed me for a second room after telling him it wasn’t needed. Tried to move us into a 1 bed room for a family told them it wouldn’t work. He said he needed my card on file, charged me for a second room; then asked me to move so he could deal with other visitors.. then double charged them the same way. he gave up and called the manager, got upset with the manager and told her I would have to just do a charge back if they refused to refund the second room. She said that was fine. The beds where like flat rocks. Toilets so small you would have to be short or have strong legs to get up

When we got there there was a couple of dead flys. Towels were dirty and there was hair in the bathroom. I called the front office to help me with a certain situation and was rude with the situation and ended up hanging up on me mid converasation. Towards the end everything was resolved but was a bad experience there.

The service from the staff was terrible. The room was awful. One of our rooms. The refrigerator was not working. The door handle fell off when we shut the door. They were roaches in the room. The spa in the pool room did not work. They did not come and clean our room when we asked for maid service. I would never stay here again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

The room was clean but, for a king bed room the toilet was for a small child, hard for adults unless you're 4ft tall. We had to plug-in all the light cords and hookup the TV to work also the bef was hard and sitting on a metal frame with a 4 inch mattress and the furniture was what a college student would have in their dorm room or apt also there wasn't a chair you could sit on instead of a bed.

The retaurant next door closed late. The drunk patrons woke me up with thier music and loud talking. Then the employees came out at 3 in the morning to throw the trash. They made a ton of noise. The mattresses were VERY uncomfortable. It was relatively clean, but it was obvious the light switches were painted over. The fiXtures were all rusty. It was obvious maintenance has been done on a budget for some time. I wouldnt stay here again.
