Didn’t like the loud hvac system overnight. Mould in shower was disappointing. However, the heated floor was a nice surprise.

Lovely area around the property. However, the shower glass divider didn’t keep the water from the shower from spilling over onto the floor. The bed linen didn’t seem to fit the beds and kept coming off the mattress. The pillows weren’t the most comfortable because they were too mushy. But convenient access to town.

Nice modern hotel with easy parking. Good location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Nicely allowed me to leave my car in the hotel car park for a couple of hours after checking out free of charge (normally it’s a paid car park)

The room was Business Suite and it was very spacious with a queen bed. The shower and bathroom were equipped with towels and the shower was easy to operate. The only negatives were the Wi-Fi was very slow and there was no hairdryer provided in the room. The staff were exceptional and very helpful.

Sadly - Not what it used to be
We used to use this hotel alot from its opening years ago. We were one of its first & faithful customers. Sadly some areas such as the bedroom corridors are showing a lot of wear & tear. Empty drink bottle left on our room. Reception did not take our payment on arrival & twice phoned our room within 20mins concerned we had not paid - bit uncomfortable. Lovely member of staff apologized for all the this & gave us a free breakfast token - however they had run out of nearly everything by10am. I am not a complainer - the staff there were working very hard - I just feel this hotel has lost its way since our last stay.

The condition of the room was very poor. Not enough socket for electronic devices. The room is too dark, and not enough lights. The shower was leaking, even when turned off fully The top of the table (marble )was broken. Please see photos.

The renovated parts are nice —the old is not so ni
The first two nights they put us in a room where the carpet was really dirty and the toilet was dirty. We asked to move but they said they did not have anything. The third night they were able to move us and the room was very nice and clean.

Just an overnight stay which was comfortable. I only dealt with reception who were polite and friendly. The room was comfortable enough although the room and corridors seemed a bit tired. The people next door were noisy late at neighs and I could hear someone snoring in another room, however, the hotel cannot be held accountable for people! I can’t comment on other aspects of hotel as I didn’t use any of the other services.

the downstairs lobby and bar areas are very nice and new looking but my room looked very tired and tatty -bits chipped off the desk and scuffed skirting boards. Also there are no net curtains or blinds so just a pair of curtains. Because there is no proper lighting in the room (also light bulb had gone in corridor of room) it's too dark with curtains closed so you have to get dressed/undressed in the bathroom. Also it wasn't mentioned that there would be building work: directly behind the hotel is a big building site and work starts at 745am. milk wasn't replenished in the hotel room. no shower gel just one bar of soap for washbasin and shower. on the plus side it's quite a good location and the staff were very helpful once things were brought to their attention. Drinks are very expensive: 8.95 for a small glass of wine. Food is ok but scrambled egg at breakfast must be bought in from somewhere it's very watery like a solid block.

Everyone should know. This is a rundown hotel in a rundown part of the city. Rugs are stained. Bathrooms are in poor shape. Hallways smell of cheap antiseptic and stale air and sweat. There is no fitness suite. No pool. The surroundings are urban blight; the attached office building is unoccupied and decrepit. Room service menu is overpriced and very limited. Parking lot is not maintained. Signs to the hotel are vandalized. To walk anywhere means going through dirty neighborhoods. Radisson normally is a reliable group. Not this time. Stay anywhere else in Belfast.The more I look, the more broken down parts of the hotel and my room I find. See the photos for the latest: broken leg of the bed; broken leg of the table; frayed electric line of the land; chewed up edge of the desk; broken waste basket (the only one on the room/bathroom); dented lampshade; poorly repaired and painted wall.

My expectations of the Radisson were high, based on how they represent themselves in the brochures. But the hotel was dirty, with fixtures hanging off the wall. I don’t need “cool” furniture when you can’t get the basics of a clean shower, toilet, and bed clothes right. I was disappointed and will pick a different hotel next time
