The reception staff were very friendly but I feel the apartment could have been cleaner as the floors and windows were dirty and the dining table had not been cleaned properly. There was no handsoap provided in the bathrooms so I had to buy some. Some of the furniture could do with being upgraded but on the plus side the kitchen was fully equipped and the bedding and towels were very clean. Location was convenient as we could walk into the city centre and plenty of shops nearby.

This apartment was fantastic for us as a family of four, with two pre-schoolers. The communication was very clear and prompt before arrival, giving us all the information we needed. The staff were very friendly. There was private secure free parking in the basement. The apartment was spacious, with fantastic views. It was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was very quiet at night. There is excellent access to local amenities. The only downside was that some of the fixtures and fittings in the apartment suffering from wear and tear, and so felt a little tired. Really enjoyed our stay though.

Spacious apartment but with issues
The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious with a good sitting area and spacious kitchen. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, especially the floors but not terrible. The main problem was we had no hot water in either shower in the morning. The water in both was ice cold, not even lukewarm. We were only staying one night so made do but shouldn't have had to. The location is good but because of this it is very noisy being situated on a busy road and the traffic didn't stop all night. Overall, for one night it was fine but probably wouldn't stay again.

Quite disappointed with this apartment. Although the location is great, the apartment itself is ridiculously dusty. There was dust everywhere, even randomly on the floor. We wiped the dust away before bed and by morning, there was a thick layer of dust on our phones. The apartment size is great, lots of room, however the dust was an issue. Nobody was ever on reception. Despite leaving a number on the desk in case reception was needed, nobody picked up. The oven was absolutely filthy and the rooms were ridiculously hot. There were fans in the storage cupboard, however they had the thickest layer of dust and when we turned the fans on, the dust flew around the room at 50mph. Overall, I would rate this a 3/10. Who is paying the cleaners??

Great Apartment with balcony
Very clean, excellent staff but it is a bit further out from the town centre, our apartment has a balcony witch was brilliant, busses do stop just outside, tesco right next door and you can use the free phone to call taxis

I think I'd file these uner ok rather than outstanding, clean and well equipped although the odd thing went wrong and quite a bit of road noise.
