Fantastic stay for 3 nights. Hotel itself and rooms all great but what really makes it, is the staff. So helpful friendly welcoming. Sean deserves a special mention for his recomendations and booking our tour, along with smiles and a friendly word teasing us about the amount of bags! A young man in the main restaurant of the hotel also stands out but i cant think of his name

Great hotel, walking distance to Titanic and other sites. Concierge "Tony" was fantastic! (he arranged a black cab tour for us, and was very helpful with all of our questons) And front desk gave us premium upgrades allowing us access to the "lounge" which was very nice. Rooms are good, excellent beds/quality linens, big bathrooms. Overall a really great place to stay. Parking was a little off site but they had a good place to pull up for loading and unloading which made things quite easy.

This was my second stay at this hotel the room was spacious quiet clean and good washing facilities with toiletries, hotel is within walking distance to all amenities shops restaurants and bars, i would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Room was quiet and comfortable with a good view. Staff were professional and courteous . Dining in the restaurant is excellent , DJ was great in the bar , Bar staff were brilliant . Highly recommended
