not a five star hotelPosted Oct 8, 2015
Cons: restaurant has a limited menu and poor choice on deserts. The seating area in the restaurant was so dark that it was difficult to read the menu.
Location: Good location and once all the building work is complete will have nice views of the river. Within walking distance to the City Hall and shops
There were no slippers or bathrobe or safe in the room.Windows were dirty. Staff at the front desk were friendly enough. Breakfast was good

A great Belfast LocationPosted Sep 25, 2015
Pros: Everything! John, the concierge is fantastic!
Location: Belfast is an exciting city with lots of night life and interesting things to see during the day. Belfast castle is a must; see the concierge.
This is a great hotel in the core area of Belfast. Very modern and fully accommodating. The staff are excellent, and the concierge "John" was excellent. We only arrived there a little before five PM, but he was able to arrange for a taxi to take us on a quick (and very informative and exciting) tour of the city. The restaurant is excellent, and we had a wonderful night's sleep before getting up early to take the ferry to Scotland (a few minutes away). The is a great hotel and well worth the money. The only difficulty we had was finding it, as our GPS lost it's signal due to the high buildings in the Belfast core and the large number of one way streets (which didn't head the direction we needed to go, even though we could see the hotel). But, once we got there, the hotel and service were fantastic.

Nice hotel close to many attractionsPosted Sep 14, 2015
The Concierge, restaurant and location made this a great choice for us. We arrange several day trips through the Concierge as well as ferry travel to Scotland. The hotel is in a location that feels safe and is quite close to the Titanic Belfast Museum and lots of shopping, eating and drinking establishment are within walking distance.
