Our room was comfortable and clean and the location made it easy to get to things we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was not my favorite thing. Service in the evening was not smooth and the breakfast buffet was just ok.

I’m outraged there were no snacks available at the bar. Reception was unidentifiable, looking more like a conventioneers check in than a place of business. Too many plants and dodads hiding the actual receptionists.

Always stay here when in Belfast and usually very happy with my stay. I was disappointed with the room lacking air conditioning. I thought all rooms had it so it will be a deciding point on whether to try a different hotel bedtime with full air conditioning in all rooms.

Unfortunately the property is old and there are random metal studs sticking up in the floor. There are pipes visible in the room ?radiator connected. Bathrooms are not great with poor lighting. The comforter within the duvet was actually brown and stained- and yes it was visible. I did like the room itself however, it’s good as a 3 star but not 4 star accommodation.

Spacious room, close to the bus station. Our tour to the Giants Causeway picked us up right in front of the hotel. Convenient to restaurants and walkable to the Titanic experience. Had a bit of trouble with the door but managed to get it locked eventually.
