Central locationPosted Oct 30, 2015
Cons: Refurbishment overdue.
Location: The location was why I chose it as I needed to be central for one evening event.
Everything worked. Surprised that it was somewhat dowdy and in need of a refurbishment as I had always seen Jurys (especially Dublin) as 5-star, this was very much an up-market tourist hotel in the budget category. Breakfast was good but really from the point that you can eat as much as you like, around this area you can get lower outlay similar breakfasts.

Incredible staff, Perfect locationPosted Oct 26, 2015
Very clean rooms and perfect location - easy to get to from main highway, great restaurants and pubs close by. I cannot say enough about how great the staff at the front desk were! They asked how long we were staying and gave us ideas of things to do in the time we had, as well as restaurants, etc. They were great! Would definitely stay here again!

Mixed Bag.Posted Sep 29, 2015
Cons: Remove black mold from the ceiling and tidy the rooms up a bit more.
Location: Hotel was extremely well located. One could easily walk to most attractions and restaurants.
Hotel was extremely well located. We intended to purchase a hop on hop off tour to get around Belfast, but realized we could easily walk to most of the attractions and restaurants in Belfast. If you train into Belfast from Dublin, the hotel is about a mile's walk from the Belfast Central train station. The staff was courteous and attentive. The front desk could not find my reservation when I arrived, but sorted the issue out within a few minutes and comped our breakfast for the duration of our stay. The bar and restaurant food at the hotel was average (not good or bad) and reasonably priced. Our main issue at the hotel was the fact that there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Room wasn't dirty, but I wouldn't call it clean either.

Very comfortable hotel & great central locationPosted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: Very quite & comfortable. Great location, (15mins drive from George Best Airport). Close to train & bus station so easy to travel out to other sites.
Hotel was easy & quick to get to from Belfast City airport. Located very near most of the sites of Belfast (City Hall, Grand Opera House and the shopping centres). City bus tour great if you don't have time to walk round everywhere. Hotel also close to the train and bus station if you want to travel out of Belfast. We took public transport out to the Antrim Coast and went to Dunluce Castle and Giants Causeway. We did the Game of Thrones tour to go round the coastal route and see some beautiful sites.
