Conveniently located just a block from Subway D and major bus routes, this is my favourite hotel in Nuñez/Belgrano.

Horrible hotel. Good customer service

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Put the right description for the type of room you offer; I'm sure you will still find people interested. Don't offer it as an apart hotel.
Location: Take a taxi or bus and go away for the entire day.
KER is NOT an apart hotel or spa. That was just an ugly room in a very bad location. It has a kitchen, but you can't cook (no stove or any other equipment than a microwave) , it only has one bed with an small table and very poor internet connection. Breakfast was average. I asked for food to my room one night and the food was horrible. We weren't able to eat it at all. For the same price you can find something a LOT better. I found a better place in a better location after staying in KER for 3 nights ( I stayed because Expedia didn't allow me to change my reservation). Just look for something else, you will find something better for the same price or the same for a lower price. The only positive found was the receptionist, Celeste, she was very helpful and nice.

Impeccable

I stayed at the Ker Apart Hotel for just one night and I wish I had stayed more! It was such a nice, clean, spacious room with great air conditioning, great flat screen TV with many channels including multiple movie channels and multiple sports channels and a very comfortable bed. The kitchenette was incredibly useful. I heated up empanadas (6 for 140 pesos at a local supermarket!) in the room's microwave. All this for a great value.

BAD HOTEL

Cons: EVERYTHING
Location: NO COMMNETS
SMELL TO CLEANING FLUID ALL OVER THE ROOM BATHROOM SMALL AND NEED A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT

Great location

Besides the helpful staff and accommodations, this is the place to stay if you need to be close to everywhere in Belgrano

Staff was uncooperative. They didnt speak English.

Hotel is very old structured. No clean towels. No soaps. Overall it was a disaster, I wouldn't stay there ever again. Not recommended to non Spanish speakers as staff doesn't speak in English nor they understand English.

Nice hotel for the price

Pros: In the Belgrano area, this is very nicely placed close to bus and subway service. It is also close to many good restaurants and shops. Good breakfast.
Cons: Laundry service.
The rooms are comfortable. Service for the room across the weekends was not consistent. Towels may not be changed. Bed linens were changed twice over a stay of 16 days. There are no facial tissues offered but you can remedy that by purchasing some at a local store. Be very careful with laundry - they mis-delivered my laundry to the wrong room twice and lost half a batch of laundry that they never found. And the laundry service can take from two to four days.

Pleasant area

Pros: Convenience and price. Cooking facilities in room
Cons: Rooms a little small, but good value.
Location: Restaurants and cafes. Not many tourists here
Stayed for 1 night after landing in BA and before driving to destination. It's in Belgrano which is a very pleasant upscale and safe Barrio. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Close (taxi ride) to centre and Jorge Newberry airport

Celeste at the front desk was so helpful with some things I needed to process in Buenos Aires. Their system for processing documents is a bit complex, so she went out of her way to help me figure it all out. For that I will be always greatful. I was on family business visiting my il father. When I mentioned this to Sarah, one of the Cleaning ladies, she was so concerned and listened to me, offered comfort. The next day she knocked on my door just to ask about my dad. That touched my heart. I will never forget her kindness.
