Staff and room was exceptional. Road at front got a little dusty as it allows local traffic. This is just normal for this part of the road and it is what Ambergris Caye is.

Fantastic location. View from oceanfront room was enjoyed everyday with my coffee. Bed was comfortable. Tv had Netflix and other options. Louis took really great care of me and was honestly the difference maker. If he ever opens his own hotel, I will stay there.

A great place to stay!
First, I have to say Jake and Marta were very helpful. I made my reservations and later contacted Jake regarding early check-in and transportation; he was very responsive. Jake arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport and offered a 7 or 10 a.m. early check-in. Now, I’ve traveled the world, and this was a first and I was grateful since we had an 8:45 scheduled snorkeling trip. The room was amazing and very comfortable, coffee, tea, water, and the free beer were a plus. Marta was a Jem as well. She assisted us with taxis, directions, and restaurant suggestions. Overall, a great location, but the amazing thing was; as we had our morning coffee we watched the morning sun rise. It was the perfect ending to a great time in San Pedro and a relaxing stay at Caye Casa.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Caye Casa. Location is excellent and much more relaxing than the hustle and bustle of San Pedro center, yet still only a 12-15 minute walk to town center via the beach. We like that there is no restaurant on the actual property. Other hotels’ restaurants tended to be loud with people, music, and events. There are however several good restaurants/bars within a 1-3 minute walk of Caye Casa. Check out Ara Bella (on the main road just 100 yards from Caye Casa). Plenty of good eats on the side streets including breakfast at D’ Family. The pool is cool, clean, and shaded during the afternoon which is nice for cooling down. The staff at Caye Casa is AMAZING! If you need something from fresh towels to laundry to renting a golf cart, all you have to do is ask. We totally recommend having them set up rentals, massages, adventures, etc. Note: We had the staff set up our golf cart rental and had no issues with the cart or the vendor. Side note: Chuck & Robbie’s Dive Center is 5 minutes away by foot on the beach. Had great dives with them. No prices on their website but they are comparable to others. Beaches: Each property has there own slice of beach but you can walk the entire beach front from Caye Casa to town center. We opted to fly from Belize City to San Pedro (and back) on Tropic Air, who is awesome and very easy to work with. Thanks again to the staff! Have an excellent trip to San Pedro.

Caye casa was exactky what we needed. Everything was close by. Restaurants were walking distance. Some of the best foods. Jake was really nice and helpful. He gave suggestions on tours and golf carts. He help provide transportation to the hotel. The pool was nice. We watch the local kids play soccer after school. Not loud at all. Love it there. Playing on staying here when i return

My husband and I celebrated our 8th Wedding Anniversary this past week in Belize. We absolutely loved everything about this trip. Our stay was perfect. Caye Casa is directly across from an amazing pier with 2 chairs that allowed us to view the sunrise in the mornings. Jake, the manager, was kind and immediately attentive to needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Caye Casa is a fantastic boutique hotel that met the expectations of our entire group! The hotel has a family vibe and includes all the amenities you need to have a wonderful vacation. Jake and his team were always attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our vacation flawless. The location of Caye Casa gives amazing ocean views and walking distance to many local places for nightlife. I highly recommend Caye Casa; it will always be our choice when visiting Belize.

We had a great stay at Caye Casa. The location is perfect, not far from the town but on the beach. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning. The staff were friendly and the place was spacious and clean.

Marta was particularly helpful with her restaurant recommendations and sunny disposition. We've travelled all over the world and highly recommend this home away from home.

Out of all the fantastic places we stayed on our trip to Belize, our stay at Caye Casa was our favourite! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and go over and above to make sure you have a great time while you are there. They looked after everything for us - snorkel adventure, golf cart rental, taxi service… making it so easy and relaxing for us! The room was incredible with so many extras included. We cannot say enough good things about our stay here! We will definitely be back to this beautiful country and guaranteed we will be staying at Caye Casa!

Amazing stay!! Justin and Jake make sure you have an awesome time. All the staff were very welcoming, helpful with recommendations, booking tours, renting golf carts, etc. Caye Casa is a great option for San Pedro!

It truly sounds a a boutique luxury hotel. The owner Jake is onsite every day and is very attentive to your needs. The beach (yes beach right in front) is cleaned every day. The pool is clean as well as the very comfortable lounge chairs. You are right on the front strip by the water there. The restaurants are great and Jake knows all the great tour guides to hook you up with the best trips to the sites. I can’t say enough how much fun and relaxation you will have staying there. Worth every penny. I only wish I had more time than a whole week to stay. Obviously another trip(s) are in the future to Casa Caye

I added an extra night in Belize after a week-long tour at 3/4 star accommodations. As soon as I walked into my room at Caye Casa, I wished I could stay for another week. The room is more like a lovely 1-bedroom apartment, with a full kitchen and patio in the front. It's walking distance to everything in San Pedro, right on the water, and slightly removed from the somewhat chaotic streets of the city that are crowded with taxis and golf carts.

Our stay at Caye Casa was wonderful. Jake and his friendly staff made sure that our stay from arrival to departure was stress free. Our room was comfortable and had every amenity that we needed, including mini fridge, microwave, cable tv, great Wi-Fi, and tons of storage space. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the ocean from the Adirondack chairs provided for us. Jake was a gracious host and greeted us with beer and rum on our arrival, arranged our golf cart rental at a great price, and was readily available to make helpful suggestions for restaurants and resorts on the island. This was my second visit to beautiful San Pedro. It was even better than the first, due in part to our accommodations at Caye Casa. I stayed at the hotel next door when I was on the island 10 years ago and I love the location. It's on the North End of the ocean front road and located near bars/restaurants, a great bakery, and grocery stores. It's also a short walk to downtown, many dive shops, and many other restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay at Caye Casa again.

Yeah it was great! Good location - very relaxed kind of place. This was our 'luxury' accom and it was great! SO comfy, massive bed, and bathroom was great. Staff were great - we rented a machete to open a coconut! Brilliant. I always leave at least one negative point per review, for fairness. It was quite expensive, I had to really think about whether to book it .

Jake and the staff were wonderful to us!! As a result of the hurricane damage in Belize City, the hotel where we were to stay became flooded and was without power. Jake hosted us another night at Caye Casa. During the hurricane Jake prepared and reassured all the guests, so we felt safe and well cared for. Thank you to Jake and the staff for a memorable stay!!
