The decor is a little dated on the inside but the property itself was perfect for our needs. Our kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and right next door is a grocery store and another one right down the road. There was ample parking for our golf cart and other guests golf carts as well. There is a small pool that they keep pretty clean as well and for the most part very quiet. Everything is basically within walking distance to the town center and restaurants along the beach. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. The views from our room were spectacular ( I recommend booking an ocean view suite and asking for a hammock). The only thing I would suggest to management is maybe adding an additional blanket in the rooms for those evenings that can get a bit cooler. Also a warning to the guests, do not lose or forget your beach towels as you will be charged a $25 fee for each lost towel. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family or come back for a future visit.

The Palms was fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful with booking excursions, arranging for the golf cart, rides to and from the airport, dinner recommendations etc. All at no extra charge. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. And daily housekeeping service on top of all that! The location is perfect. Just a short walk on the beach to many great restaurants and excursion pick up locations. We would highly recommend this property.

My two teenaged boys and I had a great stay! The property is in a perfect location, our 2 bedroom unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and all of the staff were wonderful. And it’s right next door to Ramone’s Dive Village and we were here to get dive certified! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Palm’s to anyone.

Top notch!! My family and I enjoyed Easter holiday week staying at The Palms. The perfect location: convenient to shopping, eating, airport and much more. In fact the location was so ideal becuase.it is located directly in the middle of the island. The best of all worlds, and The Palms Oceanfront Suite is seated directly on the beach front. This makes excursions so convenient, as participants can be picked up directly at the pier. Wonderful!! We will be going back!!

An absolutely amazing experience! We are a family of 5, 3 young children. Our room was perfect, nice and clean and on the first floor so we could just walk out and there’s the beach. The ocean view is spectacular. The pool was perfect and the kids loved it. There is lots of lounge chairs to enjoy the heat and the sun. The staff were all very friendly and answered any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any with a family or even just as a couple.

Great location, easy walk to shops & restaurants. The apartments are exceptionally clean and well equipped. All the staff are very friendly and very accommodating to their guests needs. The pool is in the garden area and they have loungers close to the beach where there is a nice breeze. Highly recommend!

Sooo comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Located right bedside the Walk Mart (Grocery Store). No phone in the room; surprise North Americans, you have to go and build relationships with actual humans. Lol Golf cart travel is a blast.

Great place for our family of 4! So much to do within walking distance. We did get a golf cart and that was convenient too. Room was great! We went to the beach next door at Ramon’s. It was nice having a kitchen and two bedrooms. The staff was so helpful and very kind. We would definitely stay again.

This little gem is one you would not believe until you see it with your own eyes. I loved my stay and will definitely be back. The staff were super courteous and accommodating. They were more than happy to grant any request and were very responsive even after hours. They assisted with getting us to and from the water taxi. Restaurant next door was amazing. There were several little stores in the neighborhood to meet all your needs. The view (OMG) was more than amazing. Waking up every morning to those views make you want to never leave. Nice amount of space. Great size for a family. You won’t regret your stay here.

Property was nice, large, clean, and walkable to downtown San Pedro. Management very nice and helpful. Only issue was the TV kept freezing when watching it. Our visit was wonderful!! Will be back.

We loved our stay at The Palms! The staff were all so courteous and helpful. The views of the sea were amazing. The room was very large with nice furnishings. It had everything we needed. They took care of our flight into and out of San Pedro, had our golf cart ready and gassed up at the resort and booked all our excursions and restaurant reservations. The only one complaint I have is the bed was so hard I had to spend the week sleeping on the couch which is a pretty big deal and would effect a future stay.

I loved everything about this property, the proximity to the beach, to dining, the room/apt was spacious, felt warm and welcoming. Guido at the front desk, very professional and helpful. The security guys were all great, there was that extra piece of mind knowing security was on duty. This will be the only place I stay when I go back to San Pedro. Hidden gem for sure.

The property was beautiful and well kept. The housekeeper kept our condo immaculate every day. The location of the property is perfect. Within walking distance of most things. It is also right next door to Ramon’s which is the only swimmable beach other than secrets beach, and has a great snorkeling spot out off the deck. We spent mornings and evenings on our balcony enjoying the ocean view, salty air, and tropical feel. All the staff were wonderful. The pool was a perfect escape from the heat and humidity and a great way to wind down in the evening. We could not have been happier with our stay and will definitely be back!!!

Very enjoyable stay.
Very nice. We stayed here for part of our stay in San Pedro. The place was very nice and had everything that we needed. I liked it's close access to the town itself, allowing us to stroll the streets. It allowed some to relax by the pool, while others chose to explore the town and gave us some individual time as well as group excursions.

The Palms Oceanfront Suites in San Pedro was an absolute gem. The view, the unit, the service, and the location were all excellent. We stayed for 4 nights and didn't want to leave. We enjoyed the most beautiful oceanfront views that San Pedro has to offer with the convenience of restaurants, shopping, and site seeing. We will most definitely return and hope that you will too!

Excellent staff and service. Good location. Clean and comfortable room. We've traveled to San Pedro several times and this was our first time staying at the Palms but we will definitely stay here again next time!
