We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Birks. The hotel and amenities were wonderful. The staff were always pleasant. The location was great. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Check your bed for bedbugs, double check the price during checking. Ask for a staff member to go up with you for inspection before entering your room must likely you won’t like it because of the bad odor and stains if you don’t have a staff with you they will say you already use the room and you can’t get your money back. I couldn’t sleep the first night because there were a dog on the other side of my room that spend the whole night barking and scratching the door Lord have mercy i had a terrible time there.

Be sure to check opening hours. It was closed on Saturday morning, but open in the afternoon.

Very small seats without cup holders. Seat aisles are tiny. Horrible food.
