Nous avons quitté une nuit d’avance après 4 nuits sans pratiquement dormir. Hôtel médiocre mais en rénovation donc sûrement mieux à venir. Beaucoup de bruit et quartier très bruyant

I have stayed in this hotel several times however, it seems it keeps deteriorating more & more. The rooms are dirty and missing either blow dryer, iron or lights!! Super dark rooms!mFront staff used to be OK however, lately it seems like they’re not happy they get irritated if you ask or have any questions for them.

Staff was rude, room was dirty and with used towels,
The shower head so dirty water wasn't even coming out properly, didn't even stay there an hour and had to look for another place to pass the night

The hotel was getting remodeled; my door lock was broken, the legs of the chairs were broken, water temperature was cold, mix match beds when I booked a king double; and the room had bugs. Old stains on the mini fridge ; My iron did not get hot; a mess.

There was no hot water for the showers, hotel smelled like Marijuana, and homeless were able to enter the building and were smoking Marijuana because every side door access was open at all times

We had just gone down stairs to put our stuff in the car when we get back up my room door was wide open. One of the cleaning ladies had opened it and assumed we had checked out when we hadn’t we even had the do not disturb sign on. I complained to the front desk and she said the cleaning manager was not there.. all I have say is be careful you just don’t know what bad habit these women have.
Worst Hotel.com Hotel ever. Carpets were very old and dirty, caulking all over the bath tub and shower. Beds were comfortable, but everything was very old and dirty. Very disappointed!
Everything was great, room was newly remodeled clean and had all amenities such as coffee maker a fridge and a microwave heater and ac were Amazing. Staff was friendly and welcoming and room was cleaned daily which made it seem like we just arrived everyday. Would stay again and recommend.
The room was nice and very clean. I was a little concerned about being right next to a nightclub, but it pretty quiet. My only complaint was the Clydesdale above us walking around on the uncarpeted floors.

Disgusting carpets. Pay a little more and stay els
The room and beds were ok. The first thing we noticed when we started walking down the hallway to get to our room how disgusting the carpets are everywhere in the building. The stairs are gross. They look like they have never been cleaned. They look grimy and covered in dirt.
I recently stayed in this hotel 10/19-10/23 hotel is under construction so be prepared for the notice even at night, the first room i got 105 was duty and had a bad smell , one of the staff ladies change me to a remodel room but overall hotel looks disgusting specially if you're traveling with kids .
