“Couldn’t find anything remotely affordable in Fayetteville for family weekend, so found the perfect excuse to stay and ride from here! Perfect space for me and the wife. Only nit I could pick would be that I’d wish the beeps on the gate keypad could be turned off. Since our door is right by the main gate, we could hear everyone entering. ”

The kitchen was adequate for cooking small meals but the cooktop is small. There is no oven but there is a nice toaster oven / air fryer large enough to cook a pizza in. “The location was safe and secure, while also being easy to find and located with convenient access to sites of interest, restaurants, and shopping. The studio apartment was thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and provided everything we needed for a completely relaxing stay. The hosts could not have been more cordial or helpful, always available and responsive but never intrusive. There was an atmosphere of genuine welcome from the moment we arrived -- and we certainly plan to return! ”
