Big Resort Hotel

Really nice resort and had a big pool although the water was really cold. They also had these pesky flies near the pool. Not sure if the flies were because of time of year or whether they were attracted to the ripening fruit trees beside the pool. There were no restaurants near the hotel(except in the hotel) but the #3 bus was convenient and took us downtown(near the Torre del Oro) within 10-15 minutes .

Stay in Seville in style!

Wonderfully presented hotel a short and very picturesque walk from the city centre. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. It was my birthday during our stay and without anyone mentioning this to them, the hotel left a very nice note to say Happy Birthday along with a plate of deliciously baked goods. We would (and have!) recommended this hotel to others and would definitely stay again if we visited Seville again.

Nice hotel in good locaftion. Easy parking on the street nearby. No neer to use their pay for parking. Hotel getting a little tired and needs a new carpets and floors in Bathroom.

Pleasant hotel

Pros: large room and bed
Cons: provide towels at the pool... yet another surcharge
Location: 15 minutes on the bus into town. The Real Betis football stadium is round the corner. Lots of small places nearby for breakfast, not many for dinner
Hotel is clean and comfortable. A two-minute walk from bus stop into town. We were sure the Expedia website showed thie hotel has tea & coffee making facilities in the room, but on arrival we found there is a charge - 5 euro plus 5 euro per day. I've never seen this anywhere before. No idea what is provided for this price. Took ages to get served in the cafe for breakfast and we found there were lots of small breakfast places a short walk away where you can get coffee and toast for two for under 5 euros.

Very large and busy hotel. 8 minute can ride to city centre. Reference is congested most time as reception is located right at the entrance with a small area.

Quite location away from main tourist areas but very easy to get into town on buses or about a 40 minute walk with a few local tapas bars you can stop of on the way

Excellent hotel

We really enjoyed the Al Andalus for a 3 night stay to this beautiful city. The only drawback was the lovely pool and grounds that detained us from going into the city earlier! Staff extremely friendly and helpful and breakfasts were the best on our trip. There are 2 buffet restaurants and we preferred to sit outside the Italian buffet, but the staff were very keen to bring you an omelette from the other buffet if you wanted. Plenty of parking at €14 a night - there is free road parking outside the hotel should you want to take the risk. If you're a football fan the hotel is right next to the Real Betis ground so worth checking if there are any games on. The only downside is that the hotel is 2-3 miles outside the city and there is not much around the hotel. We ate in one evening and that was reasonable but the 03 bus from around the corner takes you into city every 20 minutes or so for €1.40. A taxi is about €7. Lovely hotel and would recommend without hesitation.

Resort Like Facilities in Seville
